Best Exterminating is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When you call the office you will speak to a nice lady named Veronica who is very professional. Please don’t let your interaction. With Veronica fool you into thinking professional service is what you will receive from the technician. The technician is a old grumpy man who arrives late, is unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. After waiting over an hour after my appointment time and multiple unanswered calls to his cell phone. The technician arrived and refused to do the service unless I paid him first. When I clearly told Veronica I would be paying by a credit card after the service was completed. He said he would not provide service without getting paid first. After I voiced my frustration I told him I would have to go to the ATM to get cash to pay him he said never mind that he will not service my property and left without any explanation. I never write reviews but I had to write this review to warn you to please take my advice and do not use this company save yourself the headache.

I didn’t have roaches but my neighbor did so when she got hers exterminated So I told him to do mine done so they wouldn’t come to my house GuessWhat as soon as I use them I started getting roaches so then I called him up for follow-up and I still have roaches. Again I didn’t have roaches before best came. Two weeks later they want me to paid again after he came twice already. The Chemical he using is irritating that they’re coming to my house

The absolute worst company ever!!! Do not waste your time or money...Exterminators are very old...they barely can walk and will not do everything they promise. I called the office and the receptionist was very nice but could not help me..I spoke with the owner and he was terribly rude...I canceled their follow-up trip to my house...just absolutely terrible.. They need to be shut down immediately!!! They deserve no stars..I was completely unsatisfied!!!

Came in a timely matter

No flexible options to meet your needs for pest control. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, not willing to answer questions or offer more than one option. Find a better company.

I scheduled an appointment and was told someone would be out bw 9 and 12. No one showed up. When i called to inquire when some would arrive (2:30pm), i was told my order slip never printed and no one would come out today. Would i like to reschedule for Monday. Very disappointing when you take off from work and waste your entire day.
