My recent experience at this store reminds me every day not to never ever do business here ever again. I had purchased a set from here and I wasn’t very happy with the set, during that purchase a had made a lay away as well. I then asked for my money back on a lay-away that I also had. I was told that I only can get store credit instead. When I was ready to use my store credit the service was very unprofessional and extremely dissatisfying. I still left the store up to this day without the merchandise that I wanted with the store credit that I was given. This experience truly taught me that any business you go to that have a”NO CASH BACK, NO EXCHANGE “ policy means that their merchandise is “NOT” that great of a quality to easily sale. The store that have” CASH BACK, RETURNS with RECEIPT and EXCHANGE” policy have the best quality of products that they’re are truly certain that they’ll be able to sell their merchandise with no problems. Pay attention to the store policy when shopping, it’ll tell you a lot about the merchandise and the type of service you’ll be getting.

I walked in gold heart store .. The lady name Fakako jumps on me.. So I say ok I give her a play.. I bought 2 wedding bands .. Omg what a mistake!! She charged me $2600 and I saw the same exact same bands for both $850 ... What a rip off.. They take advantage of peoples good heart!! Absolutely disgrace!! IM NEVER Shopping there again.... BE AWARE 👎
