We used Quality Party Rentals for a small wedding reception at our house. They were so helpful in answering all my questions before ordering, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Tables, chairs, and linens were perfect and everyone who works for them is so nice. Received my deposit back right when they picked up items. Highly recommended!

I was trying to rent a throne chair for a baby shower. The communication was quick responses, and I would’ve loved to support. But the lack of professionalism is why I decided to look elsewhere. I had questions as I do not live in Philadelphia anymore but am planning a party there for a family member. Chairs are beautiful though.

Employee was non caring. He was not helpful. Very lazy. Wouldnt get off his phone. Once he did, he wouldnt get out his chair to help with what we were interested in renting. We left the business. They were better when they were on Germantown ave.

They were very professional. I rented tables, chairs, and table cloths which were delivered the day before the event as agreed upon. They were promptly picked up the day after the event and my security deposit was returned. A very no hassle pleasant experience. Thank you from the Robinsons.

Pricing great, polite staff, and have always deleveried my stuff on time. I go here for small events and have even referred their services to do entire weddings, from plates, glasses, linen, fountains, etc. Will shop again, n definitely recommend.
