Scott was super responsive and quick to help us out when we realized that all the rugs of the previous owners were hiding LOTS of flooring issues. He came out THAT WEEK and gave us an extremely reasonable quote for refinishing the floors. We didnt even look elsewhere. He got started on the job right away, which took only 2 days for the whole house. My husband forgot to tell Scott what sort of finish we wanted, but he went back out and got the satin from the store that morning even though he was ready to go with a semi-gloss finish.Scott and his team were quick, responsive and knowledgeable. Im looking to extend the floors into our kitchen and hes my first call!

Was recommended by my realtor to refinish hardwood flooring.To Do List:-Repair door jam to left of front door.-Patch and repair three(3) vent holes that went straight to basement(went nowhere).-Sand, and natural finish with two(2) coats of poly.-Restore kitchen floors.-Restore footings for stairs.Scott was a great guy to work with. He seemed knowledgeable, had reasonable pricing, and had some great ideas on how to fix a few of my issues. The job was complete in two days and all debris and sawdust from the job were bagged and vacuumed for an easy cleanup.Overall Im happy with the experience I had with Nick Viola Hardwood Floors.

Hey guys I cant lie. Nick Viola flooring is the real deal. Scott and his team are on point. Scott is a little arrogant but he can back it up and I like that. He had my whole house done in 3 days. Im telling u dont sleep on these guys. Very good work. Love it.

Dont hire this one he is absolutely nuts he tried to rush through the whole job screaming at his men all day he was still working at 9 pm finally had to tell him to stop because he was making so much noise.. End result was I only got one coat of urethane and had to have someone else come and sand out swirls has machines left in my flooring

These guys might do work good? Dont know? Although honestly, save yourself the unprofessionalism to do business. Guys use profanity like crazy. There workers came and when I saw how they carried themselves and where I was worried about something being missing? How do you estimate a job over the phone? Say price doesnt change and when come out use profanity cause you under bid and are out at the job for first time??? I kicked off job. I am a reputable, fair project manager in center city and these guys I would never recommend to no one.
