One of the most unprofessional bunch of people to work with. They do not understand the value of people, even though you might have graduated from an ivy league school and yet they focus on misleading you to get a candidate through the door. I had to walk out of an interview that was turned to be for 2 hours, but they said it is a casual meet and greet for 30-45 minutes. Dan (from MS) was not apologetic but was baffled by the fact that I chose to have self respect and walk out of the interview. I cancelled more that I was going to interview with through them. It is a competitive market they are in, but clearly they do not appreciate that fact and are doing a shady business.

Mission Staff was incredibly unprofessional. They are desperate to fill positions and dont care about candidates or companies. There is a serious lack of communication and overall a very difficult company to work with. I have informed our company HR and our parent companies about their abhorent practices. I know we wont use them going forward.

The company just simply wants your resume. They discriminate based on many levels and cut off H1 employee and have them roam around helplessly if something doesnt work out. They hate us.But, they want our resume. RESUME, pleassseeeeee...but we dont have any openings, we want your RESUUUUUUMEEEE, so I can copy paste that into someone of my FOLKss resume
