I wouldn’t be making any appointments there anymore. They have new management and they just robbed me blind for $85 just to check my teeth without a clean up or anything, but that’s a Live and learn experience for me. They just lost me as a client. I wouldn’t recommend Mayfair dental to anyone but everyone has there own opinion. With that being said. ✌🏼

My app was at 1pm, got here @ 12:30pm.They didnt take my info till 1:30pm and even after that Im still waiting. 1.5hrs and counting.I was only on my lunch break @ work and tried to come in and get some cleaning done and this happens.I suggest cancelling everything you have to do the whole day if youre trying to go to this place.

I was really pleased with my new crown lovely the staff is nice they make sure that u are happy with the work they do and the Doc no question he really knows what he doing plus he is very nice and he explain everything detail by detail I recommend them

Each time I come here it gets worse. Still waiting an hour and half later to be seen. Quality of care is garbage here. Needless to say I will be finding a new dentist.

This probably the worst dentist I’ve ever been too. I got a filling here and it fell out the same day. Also don’t come here if your in a rush or busy because they will have you waiting for an hour in the waiting room just to be seen. Only good thing I could say about this place is the people at the front desk are nice. That’s it though, 10/10 would never recommend.

They need help for appointments after 5pm. During my appt, they were scrambling after 5pm to get things done for other patients. Oh I arrived for my appt at 440pm, for a 5pm appt. I was seen at 5:50pm? Customer Service must get better in all facets?

They are ALL VERY PERSONAL. I would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone...they make anything feel so comfy...

So happy I switched dentist..he fixed teeth, my old dentist said were to far gone. You can tell he is Passionate about his job and really goes the extra mile in his work. Place is up to date and staff are friendly. You won’t be disappointed 😃

My appointment was a 9 a.m. at the dental office the girls at the front desk made me feel very comfortable for me being a transgender girl treated me with kind and just respect the doctor was unbelievable respectable explain to me a couple different other options and any information that I need it he answered it for me and more so definitely I would recommend Mayfair Dental Center to a friend or to anyone else and the whole staff

I havent been to the dentist for a long while, I was very nervous they all made me comfortable , from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone who works there is very nice and the doctor was great. I need a lot of work done, and now Im no longer nervous. I will be going for awhile but now I dont mind. Mayfair Dental is the best.

Dr. Christina and her Assistant did an amazing job extracting not one, but two wisdom teeth this afternooon. It was so easy, before I knew it both teeth were sitting in the tray. All the while that she worked on me, the doctor made sure that I was not in pain and soothingly informing me about how far along they were in the process. If I had known it was going to be this easy, in such a nice, new enviornment I wouldnt have waited so long to get them taken out. No more pain, and struggling to clean tight teeth. And both of the receptionists were so nice, I wish I had known about this place sooner. This is where Im coming from now on.

Mayfair Dental has been a great part of my life, helping with my tooth problems and friendly paperwork people.

They are the best in the business l. All around. The staff is great the dentist are top notch and the revive they provide cannot be matched. I went there to get work done after dental dreams messed up my whole file as well as my teeth. I needed to get plates put in. I waited a year at dental dreams n made no significant progress but when I switch to Mayfair everything was done in a matter of a month and a half. I want to thank the staff and my dentist for giving me my smile back and would recommend this place to whoever needs dental care. I don’t know why they haven went Corperate yet? Lol.. but I never was treated better or with more professionalism then here. Thanks again for everyone at Mayfair and wish you nothing but continued success!!!!God Bless!!!

This practice refuses to provide legally-required accommodations to deaf patients. My mother is deaf and uses ASL. Her insurance company called them to explain that they are required to provide accommodations. They still refused. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has been the law for 30+ years. Compliance is NOT optional.

The worst service ever I waited a 1 hour and a half in the waiting room, then another 1 hour and 20 minutes in the back. I hadnt been seen and they sent me a text to write them a review. Appointment was at 1:00 pm and it is 2:50 still waiting. Just asked how longer will it be they said we dont know. Last time I will be coming here.

This was my first visit to Mayfair Dental. The office is easy to locate, very clean and the staff is phenomenal. This will be my new dentist office.

I was in an out pretty fast but hopefully the problem that I have relieves the pain by what the doctor prescribed. Hopefully it works

This place is so friendly and accommodating. They can put you on the schedule very quick. They work fast and don’t keep you waiting for hours to see the dentist. Also they call and send you text message very often with your appointment time so you don’t forget. If it wasn’t for the text I would totally forgotten. They work amazingly. Definitely recommend this dentistry.

Doctor Acharya, amazing doctor that takes really good care of her customers and does a perfect and complete job all the time. She has really soft hands and I haven’t felt any pain throughout the whole process of my root canal. Regina her assistant was always with attention and helping the doctor and she is the sweetest.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been a client at Mayfair Dentist for several years now, receiving my annual cleaning and checkups, and every time I’ve been there I’ve always received a warm welcome from the receptionist and all the wonderful nurses they employ. My appointments are always kept on time and the environment is warm and inviting. In the beginning of September I stopped in to speak with Robert about the financial aspect of getting a bridge procedure done since I had lost several teeth on both sides of my mouth (a total of 3) earlier in my life and was looking to correct the damage. I also received useful information about a root canal and invisalign braces. ( which I also plan on returning to get done at Mayfair dental soon). Robert was amazing, he eased my worries and frustrations about everything and really made me feel like I was in good hands. Robert also went above and beyond to not only find a plan that worked within my budget, but he walked me though the entire procedure from start to finish. He set me up with the best dentist their ( Dr. Isaac) who might I add is a complete delight to work with, Dr. Isaac is easygoing and has a great down-to-earth personality that all will enjoy. My overall experience has truly been amazing, and I can’t stress enough how happy I’m with the finish look of my mouth. I absolutely love the final result and can’t wait to return and get my braces done next. I couldn’t imagine going any place else. So if your looking for a dentist office that puts there patients satisfaction first, and believe in only delivering the best quality of service and professionalism. Dr. Said and Ella are amazing. He is very caring and non judgmental. He is very gentle and we never wait long. My son has high anxiety when it comes to doctors and dentists and the staff made him feel very comfortable. We referred my niece and she loves him too. Now we all go to Dr Said. He is the best. I finally found a real dentistry, this place took me in and pulled my tooth no referral or agonizing pain. The ladies at the front desk are so kind, they gathered my insurance info and made the necessary calls without getting aggravated. I returned for 2 fillings and they were done perfectly..I dont even notice them.

Made an appointment updated insurance had to waot 3.5 weeks get there say they habe no record of me and i have no appointment!!! Told me i imagined the whole conversstion and appt . Then tried to give me an appoint another 3 weeks out.. unprofessional and incompetent

Since I started coming here they have been fast and effective. I had a appt for the next day and the called me to let me know my dentist wasn’t gonna be on my scheduled date if I wanted to come now or reschedule. I said I’ll be there in a few minutes. When I got there I was in by 12:02 and out by 12:45 got a cleaning and a filling done.

The office is always clean and they are very helpful. There service is top of the line I’ve always felt welcome and they explain everything in great detail. I will definitely recommend them.

I was expecting to wait over 30 minutes like every other doctor office. Nope waited for five minutes just to give my insurance and is card and got seen right away. All the ladies were nice and pleasant the entire time. My doctor who did my cleaning I never got my teeth clean that way before. She really Deep clean she got everything out. Dr. Acharya was awesome and patient the entire time. Thank you again from the front desk my x ray girl and lady helping set my next appointment to remove my wisdom tooth thank you again.

I’ve been a patient at Mayfair Dental for about a year and a half now and this is probably the first time I’ve had a dentist where I’ve had no complaints. Every visit has always been quick and painless. I can always get an appointment pretty fast too. I called on a Monday to tell them I had part of a filling (done at another office) come out. They made an appointment for me the next day on Tuesday to fix it for me. Once I got in there, Dr. Sayid and Nina took care of me in what must have been less than 5 minutes and I came out feeling like the filling was better than it was before I ever even had a problem. I’d definitely recommend to anyone in the Northeast Philly area.

Growing up i always hated the dentist but this was the best I’ve been to the doctor made sure i was comfortable and was nice and patient with me. I got teeth removed and i didn’t feel a thing. Also there was no long wait and the staff were all very friendly.

I came in today and I was shocked to find out Laura is not here anymore 😔.Everybody is nice in the office, they make me feel comfortable, Ive had a lot of dental work here.

I am honestly not the one who makes it their mission to write a review, but I had to make an exception for this awful place. First and foremost, lets talk about how greedy this establishment is. They schedule so many people around the same time with only 2 or 3 doctors working, which causes your wait time to be extremely long. I have visited this establishment 3 times and have only actually been seen once. On the other two occasions, I had to leave because after sitting for almost 2 hours, I had to leave to deal with prior arrangements. After my final time going there, I realized that the earlier you come, the better it is for the patient. For example, if you had a scheduled appointment for 2:00pm and another patient was scheduled for 2:30, the individual that signed in first will get called first. So basically, what exactly is the point of an appointment? On top of that, there is this one receptionist or whatever she is. Its like they have an attitude because your frustrated about the long wait. I cant speak for the actual doctors in the facilities. From my experiences with this establishment, it feels like this place does not care about their patients. I almost feel like Im at a clinic in reference to time.

I like this dental office. I have implants done and love the painless process. Now I am enjoy eating food. Doctors and office staff very professional. Thank you. Will be back soon for cleaning.

The people are friendly but the service is god-awful. I had a cavity and the dentist didnt scrape the whole cavity out before putting in a filling. 🤦 This lead decay to build up UNDER the filling. -Because of this i almost needed a rouconelle.I switched my dentistry and get this, my new dentist said my previous dentist didnt do a good job on my tooth. (My new dentist was able to fix the problem but i am still going to need a rouconelle in about 10 years) I am soo glad i switched from this place. -the mayfair dentistry also messed up my grandpops and my mothers teeth.I deffinately do not reccomend this place

Excellent office, staff are very nice. I called and was able to get appointments for both of my boys for the next day. After filling out the initial paperwork my boys were taken right back to see the dentist. The dentist was great with my boys, x-rayed, cleaned, sealents and Florida treatment in less than an hour. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.
