Rapid Delivery did an amazing job with our shipment. We had a last minute request and had to organize shipping between two third parties. They not only accommodated us and got their courier out really fast (same day as order), and they were really responsive when we were working out some confusion that our outgoing site was having. It was great working with Marc and well be sure to use them again.

I was looking for an actual process server, to deliver court documents to my husband and had given two addresses to Brian, and paid for two addresses with the expectation of three tries for each, but was only given two tries for one address(no one answered) and the final attempt to the second. This company must have the best quality of staff who quickly understand your most concern when you knock at their door, and really know how to provide solution to put you at ease.I live far away from PA and had an unusual request to deliver a surprise Birthday gift to a location in Phila, where the driver needed to drop off the gifts in 2 separated buildings at the precised time. I was working under limited budget and without a credit card.  Brian was very patient with me when he understood my situation, he went out of his way to be very helpful, flexible to accommodate my needs.  He was very caring for my situation, arranged for me to pay within my means and to pay without a credit card; and even made a follow up call after the delivery to make sure everything was okay. The driver arrived right on time to pick up from my friends home, who was very impressed right away by the drivers professionalism. Due to traffic accident, although the delivery did not make it on time, the driver went out of his way to make the situation right for the surprise moment that was missed.  It made my day just to encounter good people like in this company.  You dont usually find people in business working like olden day working ethics. I hope someone in the government will discover the work ethics of this business and make it a model of successful business in our country.It sums up with one statement with my experience: I usually have hard time to trust, but you can definitely count on Rapid Delivery to deliver what you hearts desire.

I was frantically working from Denver to get a package moved from a Fedex location in Philadelphia to the hotel my boss was staying at. I called Rapid Delivery, and they were incredible to work with - detailed notes, repeating everything back to me to ensure accuracy, and putting everything in writing for me over email. When Fedex claimed they didnt have the package, the driver waited for an hour for them to find the package in the back, and the staff at Rapid Delivery were patient and kept me updated on the status of the pick-up.
