Okay phone and laptop were finished in good time. One star off because there was a change in the sound from my phone.

Since July 13, 2020 Ive been waiting to receive a refund from a phone unusable from day of purchase. The amount is for 215 dollars. I had to file a smalls claims suit to receive what they are attempting to steal from me I have also reported them to the bbb, district atty ofce and consumer protection. Buyer beware. They changed owners about a year ago new owner is irresponsible unlike the previous one.

They fixed my screen amazingly but messed up my camera and 2 of my speakers that was working perfectly fine before they fixed it.

This store sells stolen merchandise. I went into this store and purchased a phone because mine was broke. I purchased an unlocked andriod phone. While in the store we transferred my old Sim card to the new phone and it worked so I paid. A hour later, the phone didnt work. I called my provider and was told the phone was a stolen phone. I immediately went to return the phone and was told by the sales rep that I should of purchased a more expensive phone and they dont do refunds but offered to replace the phone with a used older model.

The people there are very nice and did repair my iphone screen quickly but the screen they used is horrible! My display is noticeably dimmer, which makes me turn up the brightness almost to the max which drains my battery. Along with this, when I scroll, the screen shakes. When I tap certain icons they dont work and I have to touch them multiple times before it works. They are cheap ($70) for a reason. I cant comment on other services, but avoid at all cost for screen replacement.

Great people great place, been coming to them to fix my phone since a freshman in high school, I am a senior in college now and i still trust them to fix my phone! They never disappoint.

When I called them about repairing s9 plus and note 9 cracked screen they suggested me to buy screen from Ebay and bring to them that will cost me less. And I did same thing and send my husband to them they said they cant change the screen. If they dont change they why are they giving their stupid ideas to peoples just to make people lose their money. I would never suggest anyone to go here.

The people who work are just terrible at what they do. First it take them a whole months to fix a laptop for me. When I get the laptop back everything inside it was missing. I had a 500Gb before that all the sudden it become 300. I had a windows 10 but they give me my laptop back with a window 7. If you want them to steal everything on your computer and fix it with a bunch of trash go head
