In the times of the pandemic, long lead times on products and services has been the new norm. I needed someone out right away to network our new home for network and Bill was out the next morning. That’s a quick response! Bill went through and tested all of the network lines the contractor ran and fixed just about all of them, installed a new switch and showed me how it worked within 5 hours. I’d personally recommend Bill and the Bridge global team to anyone looking for quality network wiring. I’m going to have them return for some other work I’d like done in the near future.

My company found itself in need of an emergency fiber technician to terminate 24 strands of fiber with only one day notice. I hired Bridge to work on a large LAN (fiber and CAT6 ethernet) project for the company I work at.The Bridge team smashed the competition on price and went above and beyond expectations. The project was finished on time and required very little management on my end once the project was in the hands of the foreman.The installation was in a manufacturing warehouse space and the bridge team adhered to safety protocols and worked with employees to access locked areas. Very happy with Bridge Cables work. They established a solid line of communication early on, so scheduling and discussing the project were simple. Their visits onsite were well-planned and I received frequent updates as progress was made. After work was completed, they reviewed what was done and ensured it was in line with the proposal and my expectations (neat runs, labeled terminations, etc...).

Great service. Had problems figuring out how our security system was connected to an obsolete phone line and needed help connecting it to a new analog line. After working with Paul and his brother to come up with a plan for a new wiring install his team failed to show up on the start day and time we had planned for. We paid for the work and the service agreement was signed. We received an email from Paul with excuses about not starting, and finally a day later found our he just didnt want to do the work. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional, I would strongly recommend you seek contract work elsewhere.

My experience with Bridge Cable was for work in my home not in a place of business.Being a house, the unknowns and the complexity of the job were larger than typical business locations. Before beginning, they walked through my house developing a detailed plan for the job and made sure we both understood what was desired. The actual installation was expertly done.I was looking to add put in WiFi access points to provide WiFi service to the problem rooms in my house. I also wanted to move the TVs and their streaming devices to hardwired internet access to free up the wifi bandwidth for other devices. I was very happy with their work and with the improvement in my WiFi/internet experience.
