I am so happy I found this company to help us clean our entire house after the painters, and floors were put down! Yes, it was a one time cleaning before we moved in but I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend them! They were professional, on time, and did a fantastic job.

I had a great experience with fmf cleaning services. Oliver did my carpets and he was on time and worked at a good pace. Price was good and reasonable and the carpets looked very good and smelled fresh after. The best thing I liked is how after finishing every room he asks for you to expect and if its anything else needed for him to do. He was professional and did great work. I think I found a new carpet guy!

Oliver and all the staff that have cleaned my house thus far have been very easy to work with, open to feedback and thorough-- I am highly satisfied and this is the best cleaning company I have had in ten years. I enjoy the on-line booking system and Oliver is prompt with text replies. I see some of the negative reviews and it looks as though some people have expectations that they are going to request a day/time and then have a cleaning within a week, when that cant be possible due to the busy schedule of the company. When I purchased the Groupon for two cleanings, I wasnt able to secure an available time for about a month--which I thought was expected. If a company is strong, I hope that you cant just jump in and get any cleaning time. If they arent busy--they likely arent good! Once I had the first cleaning and was able to start scheduling out a month in advance, I am now on the regular calendar. They are prompt and, again, very thorough. This past week, they made me love my house again!!

I cannot thank these guys enough! I had an emergency situation in my apartment and needed cleaning ASAP!! I called FMF and within 35 minutes they were knocking at my door to help me. Not only did they do an incredible job cleaning my place they were such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them again for a monthly cleaning. Highly recommend!!!!

Had FMF clean my house this week. They did a great job. They arrived in the time they said. I would recommend them to anyone. My only negative is that they missed some dusting on a table -- the top was done -- the shelf underneath was not dusted. Not a big deal. My bathroom was sparkling! That alone was worth it for me.

Based on my recent experience, FMF had given me extraordinary service. They were professional, courteous and prompt. Definitely a service i would use in the future!

This is a follow up to my recent review of the lack of response to my scheduling and cleaning concerns. After finally getting through and speaking to, I believe Oliver, he explained the request was somehow sent to the company SPAM folder and told me he would make things right. I rescheduled for Tuesday 5/24/16 and the young ladies showed up ready as per my appointment time. In good faith for missing the first appointment and my inconvenience Oliver added an additional cleaning to my Groupon. I am sure going forward my issues will not reoccur.

I had a wonderful experience with FMF! I knew upon scheduling with them that there would be a wait. I was getting services from them at a discounted price after all. Being a business owner myself, I understood that It probably wouldnt be fair to delay the services of their regulars, in order to service someone who would probably never use their company again. Having said that, I got in where I fit in. They did an awesome job at my home! If I could afford them on a regular basis I would definitely use them. I think more people need to read and understand what they are buying so they know what to expect. Great Job FMF!!!!

This has to be written right now, because this is how happy I am about the services rendered today!I am so pleased with the professionalism, thoroughness and accommodating actions that I received today. I honestly didnt know what to expect!I never used a cleaning service before. But now that we have a child things have become a little harder to maintain! So I came to google, read the reviews and boom! I was sold!!! They came on time and cleaned the HELL out of our house! From dealing with Oliver to when they arrived to the amount of time they spent to how it looked when they were done...just amazing. I know I’m hype but I’m just so happy about it! Oliver and crew, you guys are awesome and you have earned this OCD customer! Lol thanks again!

I liked the fact that they called before they were running late. They said more like 11.15 instead of 10 and they were right, inconveniencing me but they did arrive at 11.15. Originally they said they would be done around noon and I had plans to go out but they werent finished till after 1.30pm. For the first appointment and you run late is not most impressionable. But the cleaning was done very well. I would recommend this service to others but I would also mention its a bit pricy. Its 3 times what I usually pay.

I tried to book a cleaning service twice with FMF Service.None of them was successful.The first one was in late November 2015 asking them help me clean my apartment for the holidays. They came back with available date of mid January. Seriously? Do I have to wait 2 months for this service?The second time I booked a date they never replied on my request.When I try to call I am always transferred to the voicemail.Horrible service!Luckily, I found another company in the area that helped me with the cleaning. They came in less than a week.

I have used FMF for move-in and move-out cleanings. I also use them for them bi-weekly service. They do a great job cleaning and are very reliable. Oliver is great to work and very accomodating. I highly recommend FMF.

I needed my home cleaned for an event I was hosting and I wanted it to be meticulous, I was a little disappointed when 1 person instead of the 2 I told would be coming on my initial call, but since my house was free of any clutter and I know I could clean the areas I wanted done myself within 2 hours, I decided to have a wait and see approach and left Oliver, the owner to do his work while I tended to other matters.When I came downstairs approximately an hour and a half later to retrieve a delivered package I stood slack jaw as I saw all Oliver had done. The house was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. Honestly I could have NEVER gotten my house THAT clean in 2 hours. I was so impressed by the time he was completed I was setting up another appt for him to return next month.Besides the fact Oliver did an excellent job, he was very polite, professional and thorough and I could not ask for better service. THANKS FMF! I wish you continued success. You deserve it and you have a new client in me!

Has been well over a month since I tried to book an appointment. Followed up by both email and phone. No response.

Very difficult to schedule but finally got a cleaning scheduled early in February to occur in early March- they cancelled on me on the day they were scheduled to be there an hour and a half after they were supposed to be there!! They also referenced that I had a groupon so I got the feeling I got cancelledcause I wasnt a priority due to the groupon. Very unprofesssional.

I am submitting this comment regarding the excellent cleaning service I received on Wednesday November 25th, 2015 from FMF Cleaning Services Inc. I was so impressed with the prompt, patient, courteous, and professional attention I received from all of the employees. I am disabled and pretty much bed ridden; therefore, I couldnt constantly monitor them as they worked. FMF Cleaning not only followed my direction of what I wanted cleaned; their attention to detail was impeccable. I have already recommended them to family and friends. Also, I have requested their serves for future home cleaning maintenance. Thank you FMF!

Canceled the only appointment I could make a couple of weeks before the scheduled cleaning and MONTHS after initially purchased. Do NOT use them.

This is a review of FMF Cleanings customer service only; we did not make it to the actual cleaning phase. Warning to potential customers - read FMFs fine print, a booking is not what you think it is!!! I purchase a Groupon, and requested a cleaning one week from the date of purchase. I promptly received an email stating, Thanks for booking with For My Family Cleaning Services, INC.!. The day before the cleaning (you read that right - WITHIN 24 HOURS OF MY BOOKING), FMF emailed to cancel the appointment, and let me know the earliest I could actually get a cleaning is almost a month later. FMF pointed out that farther down in the initial booking email, FMF states that they have up to a week to review an appointment (its actually a request it seems, and not a booking like a normal person might think). However, 1) The email clearly led off with a BOOKING confirmation, and 2) Groupon typically has a 3-day refund policy; by sitting on my booking (sorry, request) for 6 days FMF let the clock run out on the refund. Its true that FMF was consistent with their terms of service, but crappy service is crappy service no matter how you slice it. I think their terms of service are not conducive to gaining and retaining business, and that calling something a booking and then claiming its not is never OK. We will not do business with a deceptive vendor; we requested and received a Groupon credit.
