Kevin and his crew were AMAZING! A friend recommended them the day a tornado came through our neighborhood and peeled our flat roof right off our house. Kevin was there within minutes to assess the house. He had his crew in there the very next morning. They worked quickly and efficiently. We had a fire in our building that caused smoke and water damage to our apartment, and Priority Restoration took great care of us. Kevin Dangler and Kelly Clerkin walked us through the process of moving to a new place and documenting all damages for our insurance. They worked hand in hand with our insurance company and eased a lot of the stress involved, particularly in packing and moving our entire apartment. The process was relatively painless, considering we had just been through a serious fire. I would definitely recommend Priority Restoration to anyone in need of restoration services.

Priority Restoration and his team of professionals were AMAZING during a trying water damage incident. This was the first such incident that weve ever gone through and did not know what to expect which made the responsiveness, professionalism, outstanding communication, and patience that Priority Restoration is too good so very appreciated.

We know next time to never use a public adjuster again. I understand its a business and some people will nickel and dime you to get their money but $5k+ just to super-clean some clothes? We were better off throwing the clothes out and buying new ones for $5k+. Plus there was an item or 2 missing when they brought our clothes back (which after some weeks we had to call and ask about), but we honestly didnt feel like going back and forth. Hopefully, there will be no next time but in the event that theres another fire next door to us we will go straight to our insurance company.However, on a positive note, they were on time, very nice and professional - they even played with my dog a little bit. So I guess if you MUST use a company, I guess it would be Priority.

Thank goodness for Priority Restoration! We had storm damage recently and they came out immediately to prevent further damage, and help get the damaged assessed. They have been exceptionally responsive and courteous and took the time to explain so we understand the repair plans to bring our home back to the original state. Priority Restoration handled a pretty difficult situation for Anew Properties LLC. We met with 3 different companies that did not have the certifications and insurance that was necessary to handle a bio cleanup in one of our rental units. Priority handled this job flawlessly. They had even better insurance than what we asked for and had the job done immediately upon us hiring them. A few months later we ran into another issue and needed an emergency board up, within 2 hours the house was boarded up and secured by Priority Restoration. I cannot speak enough about highly I recommend them. They are fast, professional, and incredibly responsive.

We had a small leak on our kitchen faucet that led to a moldy mess. We had a couple of different companies come out and not only was their quote the best, but they were also above and beyond with their professionalism and explaining the process with us.

Previously gave a 1star review that magically disappeared... if these people start calling you in the midst of a disaster DO NOT ANSWER. Upon arriving - one of their guys mentions how they love the Fires which require firemen venting walls/roofs because it means more $$for them. Bunch of ambulance chasers that take advantage of insurance and inflate time spent/ product used/ and cost of basically EVERYTHING. our insurance only covered a portion of the damage and priority gave us a remaining bill for 8 GRAND just for packing out our kitchen cabinets and minor wipe down cleaning. Several clothing items they returned were missing or damaged. They sent us boxes of other peoples belongings. My childrens stuffed animals had dried leaves on them as if they were left outside..... overall this place is a rip off and i would never recommend using them

Being a firefighter, Ive always been kind of skeptical when it came to restoration companies. But, when I hired priority after a leak destroyed two floors of my home they completely changed my opinion. They were very professional and thorough. They arrived on time and did a spectacular job getting my home cleaned up. I couldnt be happier with them and the work they did.

I found these guys on Google and they were extremely helpful in helping me with the insurance company and paying as little as possible for my basement flooding. I had hardly any out of pocket costs and they restored everything. I was afraid that this was going to be a huge expense but Kevin helped me save a lot of money.
