I paid a down payment for a cement job and the contractor never started the work and did not return my calls.

They never finished the work they use other people to do the work sub contract they left everything undone and was given down payments never gave it back. Wouldnt return my calls him nor his brother they wouldnt never be recommend to anyone I know , I feel they are con artists and full of shannigans.
