Went here for an interior detailing. Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I hadnt had my car detailed since I bought it, and so it was time for a good scrub. I recently got a dog too so that added to the chaos that I handed these guys. Came out looking like a brand new car on the inside. Things that I thought would never be able to come out of that upholstery were gone. There was no pet hair in sight, all the flat surfaces were polished and for the first time in while, I didnt feel embarrassed by how my car looked on the inside. I had to take my dog to the vet the next day for an unexpected appointment, and after we got back I immediately brought a dustbuster into the backseat and cleaned up everything I possibly could because I didnt want to ruin or tarnish the amazing work these guys did. Highly recommend this business.

Highly recommend! Bill took care of the interior detailing of my Honda CRV after I experienced some water damage. The care he took to ensure that every spec of the interior and carpets were perfect upon pick up was exceptional.

The vehicle I brought in was in a pretty bad (not as bad as you find on the pictures) condition of the interior and it has been agreed that lots of work needs to be done at the price of 200 in cash, which was expected for the mentioned condition and the amount of work it needed.Yet, for the hope and expectations the vehicle wasn’t brought into a clean condition at the level of detailing service.Even tho it was vacuumed decently at visible spots, there are still lots of other spots missed, especially under the lower back of the seat.By moving on, certain stains can’t be removed due to their chemical nature and that’s understandable. However, there are some very noticeable other ones that I managed either to lightly scratch off or just remove with the wet towel, so not much effort seemed to be put in here.All important items were put back except a small rubber cover from the dash panel that has been lost for some reason.The panel itself still has simple dusty spots missed and there was no wax applied.After all, despite having requested advertised and endorsed service of professional detailing related to better lease return experience, it seems that I have received a basic level of cleanliness.I understand that certain conditions of vehicles can be rough to deal with, yet that doesn’t justify certain steps of the related service missing as prices and time can always be rationalized. Please produce better list of what customer shall expect and not generalized spoken facts.

This was my first time getting a car detailed and I could not have asked for a better first experience! My car seats were stained so badly from the previous owner and Bill was able to lighten them up so much more than what I thought was possible. He gave me an honest estimate and was very upfront about where the costs were coming from and overall was friendly and communicative throughout the whole thing. I recently got a 2008 Nissan Xterra from a relative who was looking to get rid of it. Overall the vehicle is in good condition, especially for being 12 years old, but the interior was HORRIBLE. I was not disappointed.Bill did a wonderful job in doing both an interior and exterior detail. Now I understand why it is called detailing: a lot of details need to be attended to, and he was very detailed in attending to them! The truck now looks great and I now have a very good chance of getting my asking price. He also made everything under the hood look like new!Not only was I pleased with the quality of his workmanship, but I found Bill to be an honest businessman with excellent communication skills. He was very careful to make sure I understood what were realistic expectations of the end result and was very careful to give me the exact price of the job in advance. It was hard for him to determine the amount of labor involved in removing vinyl lettering from my trucks body. He let me know this upfront and called me with an exact price once he knew what was involved with this particular situation. His pricing was reasonable.I highly recommend this business. Had a great experience with J & B detailing. Called them at the last minute to see if they had any availability, and was given a call back within 20 minutes to inform me that they would fit me in! I have a one year old dog that frequently traveled in my back seat, so there was fur embedded in the seats. They were able to get all of the fur out, and you can’t even tell that they were covered in fur. The entire car interior detailing was amazing, and looks like how it did when I first purchased the car. I will definitely be back again!

I took my aging daily driver here to get it detailed, since I hadnt had it done in.... well, ever, and the last place I went to overlooked a lot on my other car. I also had build-up of mud from getting stuck in it a week ago. Bill was very big on communication, from confirming the appointment the day before, calling to let me know the status, and he was very frank about what I could expect from so many years of neglect. When I returned, the car looked as close to showroom as a car that age can possibly look. Bill was extremely thorough and got into all the places youd forget about. I didnt even recognize the color of my dashboard, and all the weird gloppy spills and stains on the seats, cup holders, etc. had vanished. My expectations were exceeded and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough job done to their car

I went to J&B Detailing a few years ago to clean up my dark blue 11Sonata...had a lot of paint swirls...Bill did a great job...fast forward to today, my 17 Sonata had the same problem...car wash swirls...and, apparently, I know virtually nothing about washing and waxing a car...thankfully, Bill made the car look like glass and gave a lot of tips for how to keep it that way...thanks again...

My Mustang was in serious need of a good bath after the snow and salt we have had here. It has been to cold for me to do it myself and a regular car wash was out of the question. I needed to find someone I could trust to touch my car without my freaking out (yes, I’m one of those people). Did a lot of research online and found J&B right around the corner from where I work. Decided to bring the car over mid-day on Thursday to speak to them and met the owner Bill. Really cool guy who has an obviously love for cars. After talking to him for a few minutes I know I found my man. He offered to wash the car, right then and I took him up on it. He really did a good job and charged a very reasonable amount. I plan on going back to him in the near future for a full detail. Highly recommended.

I’m very impressed with the results. Took about 3 hours total, they were able to get all of the stains and odors out of my car. This car carried several children, so lots of food and drink spills, dirt etc. I’ve had it detailed twice before, once at a philly dealership and again in Dallas. They were not able to remove all stains so I had kinda assumed I’d be stuck with them forever. But this car looks and smells brand new!! Very happy and pleasantly surprised. Only cost $200, which I think is a steal considering the fantastic results. I did not make an appointment, just walked in. They were able to accommodate me same day without hassle. Cannot think of anything negative to say about this place. Would definitely go again if needed.

I was going to be stuck without a car while my Tsukuba Red Genesis Coupe was detailed, and I had very strict time schedule to keep because I had work later in the day. He made it happen in the time I needed, without sacrificing the quality of work I was expecting. The engine bay looked like it had just been purchased from the dealership. The interior was spectacular after he finished and smelled wonderful. Ill be looking to purchase the interior cleaner he uses for my own future cleanings. The detailing renewed the beautiful red that made me fall in love my car when I first bought it. The surface of the car was smooth and glossy. Amazing job and affordable price. Using my scraper to get snow off my hood of my truck I was a little too overzealous and scratched several long scratches into my hood. I had to look at it for months thinking it was going to cost me a fortune to fix. I called J&B and the price they gave me was well within my budget and was awesome. I picked up my truck today and I could not be happier with the job they did! It looks brand new! I called on a Tuesday, dropped my car off on Thursday night and picked it up on my way home from work on Friday. I had never had a car detailed before, but wanted to try it before leaving on a trip. I was quoted a price and even though my car took some additional work, I was not asked for any additional money. The car looks and smells brand new. I would highly recommend using J&B. They did a great job!

I had a very positive experience here. I had had a clogged air conditioner drainage hose which was backing up water into the carpet, and I wanted the water sucked out and the carpets shampooed. I called around 12:30pm and the owner said he could take me immediately. He worked fast and efficiently, completely solving my wet carpet problems, leaving them clean and smelling fresh and the best part was that they required no drying time. J & B uses a machine which leaves carpet dry after shampooing. The price for the job was comparable to other detailing shops, but the quality of the work was superior. I will use J & B again.

I just had my Jeep Wrangler detailed at J&B. Bill (the owner) oversaw the work himself, and the results were phenomenal. Best part was the tips he gave me about ongoing maintenance/how to keep my vehicle clean and in good condition. Id write more, but Id rather go drive around in my Jeep which looks as new and clean as the day I bought it.To the Einstein who gave the two star rating because of the rain... Really? I brought my van to J & B to get it detailed. The owner, Bill, was honest and fair with his prices. It had some scratches on the hood and bumper which I didnt think they would be able to get out and my carpets were stained from the grape juice my daughter had spilled. They were able to get all of the scratches out and cleaned and dyed my carpets making them look brand new. I was very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable and I was very happy with their services. My van looked like new when they were done.

It has been over a year since I had my vehicle clean and I really started to believe it could never look good again. I was proven wrong. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the friendly customer service. I was given a start and finish time and they got done slightly earlier than the time given.
