Nice sized venue, modern design, interesting architecture, patio is large and outide the entrance right by the highway. Large open space indoors with a good bar and medium sized performance space that you access via a hallway from the main space. Mixed crowd, but seemed skewed towards white under forty the night I visited. I think the crowd tends to vary depending on what events are taking place.

Theres a really nice restaurant at the front with indoor and outdoor seating as well as close up views of the Ben Franklin Bridge. There are free movies in the summer and lots of participatory events. The rest rooms are open to the public which is great for visitors to the nearby Race Street Pier. The building is a converted pump house which used to be used by the fire department

I absolutely LOVE FringeArts!!! The theater is amazing and when it comes to the shows, you never know what to expect. The attached restaurant La Peg has awesome service with excellent food and drinks and makes for an excellent night out with dinner and a show

The service at the bar was horrible where menus was thrown at me and my fiance celebrating Valentines Day Without a greeting. The table service is mediocre. The bathroom was horrible Starting tissues power up in a trashcan going up the wall. Water leaking from different places urinals backed up The window we was sitting next to had a draft. And it was cold that night. I would not recommend this place nor will I be going back Its horrible.

Their programs in the arts are very out of the box. It’s a great experience. There is a restaurant on the premises. They serve tavern like food. Prices are average.

Fringe arts is a great atmosphere for a weekend night life venture. The music was nice, everywhere can be a dance floor, multiple bars for the overwhelming amount of customers, and there are additional games to entertain your party. Definitely stop by FringeArts for a great time.

I experienced this Restaurant as a result of a sudden downpour at the Race St. Pier. I was seated by the bar, my appetizer was nice( couldve been a tad bigger as it was bleu cheese, crackers and bread)...The bartender was very attentive and I liked the beer and beer selections, my only complaint is with the mislabeled Waldorf salad with celery root as it should be called a Celery root take on a Waldorf salad because thats was it was but i didnt ask for a description as it barely had lettuce and if I wouldve known that it was really a Celery root salad, I wouldnt have ordered it.... Overall, it was a lovely experience and Ill go back to see a performance there 😉

It is beautiful and the staff is lovely, but the kitchen was painfully slow and after a very lengthy (over an hour) wait they overcooked my food. The management was apologetic and took our drinks off the bill. I wonder if they just werent prepared for a large crowd. Although it was not as good as i had hoped, i will likely go back and try the outdoor menu and seating .

A beautiful example of what reviving and transforming a dilapidated structure can become. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff has 100% to do with why Ill frequently attend not just on performance days. Keep the excellent job up, please!!!

I had dinner last night with my family and I have waited for an hour just to receive one of the smallest Hamburger I have ever had in my life (even smaller than the one that comes with the Happy Meal)!! Even though the place looked good on the outside, after waiting for the food we had to ask even for the forks and the knives! So annoyed by the service and over all it was not an experience to repeat: meals too expensive and too little, the service too slow and the music too loud!

Went to see Purple Rain on the outdoor screen. Great time, food was alright (not from le peg), but the views of the bridge are what really makes the place worth visiting. If you are going to see a movie, get there early, the good seats so FAST.

Lovely little black box with massive stadium esque seating...I would hate to run from the booth to the stage here, but fortunately you can get right up close with your drink and front row seat...though, dont expect the service at the bar to be timely, efficient, or aware of your presence if you dont get a table and a dedicated server

Dont plan your night around this place. They frequently close for private events. The outside seating (with no signs outside indicating a closed event) invites you in. Only to find you get turned away with an attitude because you didnt see the 9x11in printed sign on the inside door.Guess Im just ranting about multiple annoying experiences. .On the occasions I was permitted, the servers inside were very friendly, and as a bonus they welcome pets outside.
