What incredible service! We called at 7 am with a rapidly leaking fridge. Fernando answered the phone and walked us through the process of finding the water line and shutting it off (not something we had ever done before!). He was patient and incredibly helpful. If we could give him 10 stars, we would!!

Orlando was the service man that came to my home. Not only was he prompt but his service was excellent. He walked in looked at the refrigerator, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it - and he left the work area extremely clean. I would not hesitate to call him again!

Fernando was great. He replaced a compressor on my 10 year old LG refrigerator. Fernando was prompt, responsive, and always on time! He came out a few times to ensure that the fridge was fixed. Fernando came out and diagnosed and within days, fixed the defrost issue with my fridge. The fridge has been back working great so that I do not need to worry about food going bad.

3 years old washer broke. It had noise when it tried to spin. I called them based on the good reviews on google. However I was very disappointed. They charged $75 for washer diagnosis. My tenant told me he literally spent 2 mins to listen to the noise and concluded it would cost more to repair then buying a new one. This seems to be a really easy way to make 75 bucks.

Everyone who rated this business 5* must of been paid or a family or friend! I used this business with hopes that they would repair my fridge. They came out with a faulty piece, the problem was never fixed! It was initially hard to contact them in the first place but once they got my money, it was even harder to reach out to them to tell them the problem was never fixed. I sent calls and text and no reply! Oh not to mention that they say they have a 30 day guarantee which means nothing if they don’t plan on picking up the phone or replying to text ever again! I’ll never recommend this company to anyone! 0 stars I give them!Then they reply: They never did any job for me which is a lie. Now I can take my review further by posting the actual text and call threads, not to mention bank statements. Like I said, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
