I called to have my washer repaired and they took the deposit for the service. They stated that they had to order the part to repair the washer. This was October 2020. It’s now June 2021 and I have called many times for just my deposit back at this point. They have started that the part never came in, they ordered the wrong part etc.. I just want my money back and they’re giving me a hard time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

These guys are amazing. I called them for appliance repair. My Subzero completely went out and they got me back up and running in under 48 hrs. Glen was awesome. I also had a few questions about our washer and dryer and he made some good suggestions on maitanance.

Hi, I reached out to this repair company because they were in close proximity to my residence. They scheduled an appointment with a two hour window. With 15 minutes left in that window I was notified that the technician could not make it. I trusted it was a one time thing and rescheduled with them even after the very poor experience. The same experience happened again on day two. 2 cancellations in two days with no notice after I had rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment.Both times, no explanation was given other than technician notified them that they could not make it. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this business if you expect reliability.

My experience with this company has been a total nightmare. Two no shows for service appointments; different labor price than the price that was initially quoted; wrong part ordered and now no answer when the business is called and no response to voice mail messages. Part and labor has been paid in full for over a week and my oven is still not repaired. Unprofessional on so many levels. DO NOT Use this business!
