My fridge wasn’t cooling at all, so I called the appliance repair company. Their tech came out immediately and diagnosed the issue. He fixed the fridge at a very affordable price. I was impressed with his efficient and professional service. I will recommend them to my friends.

Left messages requesting a call back and received none. After a week of waiting I called and was told I could only get an appointment for a 3 hour window in the middle of the day 2 weeks out.

Requested a service visit. They couldn’t approximate what it would cost to repair without a service visit. Booked a 3 hour window. 15 mins prior to the end of the promised time, I received a phone call that the tech was 15 mins away. 35 mins later I called the tech back (no answer). Then I called the main office. They informed me the tech was 15 mins away. 3:30pm I called back (now 2.5 hrs late) they said they would reach out to the tech and never called back. 5pm that day I received a call to reschedule since “I didn’t not show for the appointment.” Hello, Earth? Have we met. I can find better ways to waste my time. No thanks!

Great work and fast service

I was so pleased with this company who worked on my washer. The technician went here Friday afternoon and came back early Monday with the part needed. In less than an hour, he was finished with the job and made sure the washer was working excellently. They deserve this review and I will be recommending them to friends as well.
