Perfect location to the store, the subway and for Temple students. Parking is great there as well. The manager (Mike) is amazing and fixes things really quick and always responds in a timely manner! He truly cares about taking care of his tenants! The rooftop has an incredible view. It is also an extremely safe building! 100/10 would recommend Skyline Apartments as I have spent a year there!

I’m so happy I found out about skyline apartments I love my apartment so much. When I first moved Mike the apartment manager made the process so easy. He handles any and everything you ask for. My favorite part about the building is the floor to ceiling windows on every floor in the common spaces, it adds such the perfect lighting for pictures. The roof top is just the ultimate topper of everything.

Im an exchange student from South Korea and many South Koreans who went to Temple have already recommended this apartment saying that it is a great one in terms of price, location, facility etc. Living here for about 3 months, I believe this place is beyond expectation. I especially loved spacious living room and the kitchen with large refrigerator. If I were a permanent student at Temple, I would definitely stay here for all of my semesters. No need to look at other places!!! The picture is taken from the rooftop lounge of the building --> great place to see Philadelphia and get some sunshine :)

I have been living here since 6 months ago, and I am satisfied with this place. The facilities are quite good and everything is fine before I move into the unit. The room is spacious with furnished drawers, bed, desk, etc. As all utility fees are included in a rent, I dont need to be concerned with using utilities.Another good thing is a professional manager Mike. He always quickly responds to my maintenance requests, and he also takes care about minor issues in the unit. Finally, as the apartment is located really close to campus and a grocery store (Fresh Grocer), it is very convenient to get to and from there. The area around the apartment is bright at night because it is close to Broad Street and right behind the YWCA building. If you are looking for a new place to stay, I strongly recommend the Skyline Apartment to your next cozy nest as one of current residents.

Skyline Apartments is the best out campus student residence in Temple area. Great convenience for its location close to campus and excellent management which makes sure that residents have the best living condition. Apartments come fully furnished, including utilities and internet. The building rooftop is also one aspect that makes Skyline a very pleasant place to live in. I would recommend it to any Temple students who wish to live in off-campus residence.

Mike was extremely helpful and very kind to me and my roommate during our entire stay there and the area always felt very safe. Being just a short walk to campus and other things such as the grocery store and subway was a huge plus. The individual apartments are spacious with tons of natural light with big bathrooms. My best friend has lived here for almost three years now, and to us, this place feels like home. I’ve now had the pleasure to be apart of the experience here myself and it is so wonderful to feel safe, important, and comfortable thanks to the super awesome staff. The manager is so personable and attentive to your needs, contributing heavily to the pleasant culture of the building. My favorite spot is the roof. Every sunny day, I try to be up there and I also try to watch every sunset I possibly can for the beautiful view. I highly recommend living here!

Awful management! I lived in an affiliated property of skyline apartments. The owner and property manager are two of the most incompetent peoples to run a property. In multiple circumstances my housemates and I had items stolen. The landlord and property manager refused to secure the property under multiple circumstances. In simple terms the landlord is a slum lord. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Great apartment complex with some great amenities available to its residents! I’m on my second lease with them and both times I have been paired with great roommates. The rooms come with a mattress, wardrobe, side table and a desk while the apartments I were in had a furnished living room with a couch or sofa and a coffee table.Management does a good job of making sure the people you stay with have a good attitude and are compatible enough for your own personality or lifestyle, just communicate with them and you should be good to go!You get access to a straightforward cardio room with a treadmill, and you can rent a parking spot on the property should you need one. Great location, since main campus is just a short walk away to get to the heart of it. Once COVID clears up, you get an AMC theatre literally 5 minutes away one block over as well as the Liacouras Center for larger scale events. If you need to get going on the interstate, just take Broad street all the way down to the on-ramps.Honestly, I feel a little spoiled living here! The only thing that I can say is a con is the fact that the building is slowly being restored as it operates in certain ways. You might have to deal with some noise in the hallway or get a window fixed from wear and tear, but it’s really not that bad since it’s part of improving the quality of the building and the apartments. If I had to pick somewhere to stay for either a short term or long term lease in Philly, this would be the place!

Beautiful apartment. I stayed in their two bedroom unit. One of my favorite things about the unit was the large mirror that took up most of the wall in the bathroom eliminated with vanity lights. I also enjoyed that the unit was fully furnished with comfy furniture. My absolute favorite amenity in the unit was the rooftop. I spent a lot of time sun bathing and enjoying the amazing view of the Philly skyline. Its like something out of a picture. I have been here for almost four years. The original management team at the very beginning is very bad. It took them about 3 months to fix my living room celling light. However, about two years ago, the new management team bought this building, they start to run this building properly. They fix stuff pretty quickly, and the people work in the office is very nice. Which reminds of Mike, he is the manager for the whole building, hes a very nice person say hi to you every time you pass by, and you always can have nice chat with him any time you want to. I am probably will stay here while I am still attending Temple, it only ten minutes aways from main campus, five minutes from fresh grocer. Very nice place to live in! Have been here for about a year now and its been a really great living experience. The rooms have a good amount of space and the furniture is easy enough to move around if youre someone like me who loves rearranging things until they fit your vision. With the new management, Mike and Cameron, running the apartments, you literally can not ask for more qualified, friendly and helpful people to run the place. Any need that comes up and they are within the room fixing it within the hour. The management has that friendly vibe to them, and it’s becoming hard not to say hello every so often and talk for a little in the office as everyone in the building knows them by name. With clean and renovated rooms, two laundry rooms, vending machines, lounges and a well maintained rooftop patio that has a view of the city, it’s hard not to love the place.
