To whom it may concern, this morning I had an entirely unsettling experience with your receptionist located at your Wanamaker building location in Philadelphia. I am a disabled army veteran with two combat deployments to Iraq where I suffered a traumatic brain injury from a rocket and a gunshot wound to my wrist. Because of my disabilities I’m limited to employment and I now must work as a courier making way too little pay. This morning I had a delivery to your location on the 12th floor and the receptionist there proceeded to ask for information regarding the delivery over and over again after I repeatedly gave the info required to make the delivery. While jesting at my slow cognitive abilities due to a traumatic brain injury . Telling me that he wouldn’t sign for the delivery and telling me he would “make me work for it” and then making me to his amusement write the information I had on the delivery and a sticky note for him. Only then to be laughed at for my hand writing mind you I still have over 30 pieces of bullet fragments in my wrist making my hand writing less than desirable... this email probably will go without notice and my complaints might seem lowly but this person is the face of your company at that location and cannot retain a professional composure when dealing with someone they feel doesn’t somehow deserve to be treated respectfully. Thank you for your time
