Meat was process good in vacuum pack but they threw my antlers away that dont make sense to me

Helpful, quick to answer questions. Meat was packaged great, good place to go.

Brought a hog in and I wanted about 20lbs of sausage and links from it (still have the receipt that shows it on there). Brought it home, opened the box, and there wasn’t one pound of sausage in there. I was wondering why they made me pay less than with all the sausage that was on the receipt, but they didn’t say anything to me. Also said I didn’t want hams because I still have a couple hams in the freezer but I got hams. Asked for boneless chops, but I got bone in chops. Worst of all, I would expect at the very least if you are getting paid to handle meat that you would package them appropriately. I would say about a third of the “sealed” bags were punctured or did not seal appropriately so now I’m stuck fixing those myself. I’m trying to figure out what they didn’t mess up. I usually process my own meat and I’m not an expert but I could have done better with my at home tools and experience and saved money. Do not go here. Save your money, watch a YouTube video and do it yourself. You’ll be doing better than the service that I received with that one video.
