The barbers were all great guys, they were quick and efficient. There were a few mistakes in all 3 of the haircuts we received here, nothing outrageous, just not blown away by the cuts. The facility left a lot to be desired. A little TLC and styling of the shop would definitely improve first impressions and comfort ability of the client. Better than a lot of places in Columbus/Phenix City but lacked in a few areas that are important for a barber shop.

This is the best barber shop I have ever been to. The men who cut hair here are the best. You will not find a better barber than Charter and Tommy in the state of Alabama or Georgia.

Mr. Will did amazing with my 11 yr old son. My son is autistic but Mr. Will took great care of him and kept my son in conversation. Will definitely be going back!!

Best cut Ive gotten in a while. You cant beat the price. Carters cuts are fire. Ill definitely be back. 10/10 would highly recommend.

What can I say? Best barbers I’ve ever been too. Very professional and very comfortable to be around. If you haven’t come here you need to. It’s like art watching these men cut for their customers.

We took my 9 month old son to get his first hair cut with Mr. Outlaw and it couldn’t have gone any better! He was very patient! My son obviously kept moving but he remained patient and we loved his haircut! He made us feel really comfortable. Before my sons haircut he carried him and showed him around and talked to him a bit to make him comfortable with him. He even put on cartoons for him!

My 8 year old just left with the best haircut he’s ever had. Will was really patient with my son and took tremendous care in cutting his hair from clippers to scissors and razoring. We’ll certainly be regulars after today.

TL:DR Best haircut of my life for only $16, you wont be dissapointed at all.Got my haircut today by Sir Jones and he made sure that he knew exactly what I wanted and how I normally style. This may seem like an obvious thing to do, but as a man that gets a haircut every two weeks, its not normal for them to get that in depth. The professionalism was abundant, however you also know that the barbers are real people and make everything comfortable.On to the actual haircut.I have never once had a barber pay such attention to detail and ensure that not a single hair was out of place. The time was put in to ensure that everything would turn out exactly how he envisioned my hair would. From clippers to scissors, not one strand was able to hide from this man. He then styled my hair exactly as I would have, and applied the proper product with a good hold, to ensure I would be looking fresh all day long.When it was all over I stand up to pay, and he tells me, Thatll be $16.I was left speechless, I have paid a lot more for a lot less of a haircut.

Good people just wish that it wasnt so many appointments. I prefer to walk in and wait for the next available barber. I know that appointments are the way to go.
