Arrived at 9am when they opened and got a door a little after 10am. Parking lot is a little tight with other trucks in it waiting or checking in. I found it easier to park on the street until Im checked in.Didnt take them long to begin loading my trailer after I backed in. Precool your trailer to 48 degrees for tomatoes.Upon arriving at the destination, nine of the pallets had fallen over. These people dont know how to load a trailer and as they dont invite you to the dock, you cant see how they are loading it.Consignee says that all shipments from them are like this. They said thirteen pallets from their last order had to be restacked as well. I recommend avoiding this shipper at all costs.

Got me a door soon as I Checked in, took sometime to get loaded up, but that’s how it is when you picking up Products. Also if your a rookie when it comes to backing in to the dock you better check your self before taking this load. You need to be on point

Picked up many loads from this facility. Friendly staff & usually fast loading.

Check in at 16:30 time 23:25 still here 11/29/19 appointment window 12:00 to 17:00. I was instructed to pull forward and close the doors while securing the load they call me and tell me to back up to the dock that they needed to check some pallets and here I am awaiting there instructions take 2 on a simple pick up.

10am appointment . Arrived at 9:45. Didn’t get a door to 11:30. Light didn’t go red til 1pm. Place is horrible! 10 other trucks came in and got loaded Within 45 mins. Smh. Stay away , drivers this place is just down right slow.

They were a little slow today. Docked us after about 30 minutes which was great, but then we sat for 3 hours in the dock for 2 pallets. They are usually alot faster than that.

Worked with them for years and no problems since then...great team work!

Awesome people there i had no problem getting loaded

Called ahead to assure my load was ready for pick up, spent 3 hours to get loaded and made me late to my other appointments. If possible avoid this warehouse or leave it till ur last pick up.

Slow service and smart cold dont take care of loads weight

For being a produce shipping and receiving warehouse the wait was fairly decent.

Terrible service, they have the boxes stopped for up to 2 days and they cant tell you if they are going to unload or not unload, apart from the fact that they dont respect shifts and skip you. I do not know why they take on so much work if they do not have the capacity to cover it in a timely manner.

I really like the good attention they give and that even a waiting room they have.The staff is very friendly.

Here last a long time to load either 1 or 20 plts, poorly organized, the employees here in shipping if you do not fall well you are going to leave the last thing they tell you, that owner check your cameras and see if you need to stop so much time, to give service to the client. improve your company or you will be worth mother

In my opinion it carries the name of the winery very well. SMART. A modern and efficient cellar. Drivers monitor through high definition cameras how their trucks are being loaded. The pallet location system that this warehouse has, no other warehouse has in the texas valley. Amazing work. In this warehouse they always help us buyers to locate the drivers to load them as quickly as possible. Joses Produce has been very satisfied with the work of this winery.
