I needed to have a watch fit to size, and arrived without an appointment. I was in initially taken back because I had no idea how beautiful the store was displayed and stocked. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They asked Jeff, one of their watchmakers, to drop what he was doing to help me out, he was quick to help out. After several tries to get the right fit, Jeff offered his service complimentary with the hopes I would return some day with wife wife for a meaningful purchase. This staff really understands customer care and the best way to build a business. You can feel confident bringing any jewelry needs to this team.

Designed my wife’s wedding ring using my grandmothers diamond. The wife loves it, has me go in and get it cleaned regularly. Fixed a watch and replaced a battery that I mistakingly thought could be done by myself. Every time I need a watch adjusted it’s quick and easy. These folks were so helpful!!! They fixed my cross necklace, and helped me find a new chain for another necklace I had that had broken, They even fixed the broken chain so I could save it for a rainy day, They did it on the spot with smiles and skill! Having never met the owner my comments here are about his staff. I have had repair work done on several occasions at his shop. The items I brought in for repairs were not purchased at Lake Country Jewelers yet I was welcomed and treated as if I had in fact done so. All 3 repairs were done to perfection. I can say the owner has highly experienced and skilled craftsman working for him. He also has a wonderfully pleasant staff working at his store. All my interactions with his staff (all different employees) have been excellent. They carefully heard what it was I needed done, they patiently looked up products in catalogs when I was trying to identify/locate a similar piece, they didn’t hurry me along when I arrived near closing time, and they even got a quick repair done for me on the spot while I waited during my last visit. Looking around you will notice a very warm and nicely decorated store with beautiful jewelry everywhere you look. I would highly recommend this being one of the Jewelry stores to check out when you are in the market for purchases or repairs. It’s my choice. Well done and thank you!

I went to Lake Country Jewelers to have my Swiss watch repaired. The watch was immediately worked on and repaired. Jeff also took the time to explain features I was unaware of. I am newer to the area and just googled “watch repair” and this place popped up. I needed a couple of watch batteries and a complete cleaning of one watch. Let me first say, this property is gorgeous! I was greeted by such a friendly, lovely woman (Susanne) I believe. Let her know what I needed. No problem. The owner Jeff took my watches right away and while I was waiting asked if they could check my prongs, steam and rhodium my wedding rings. I felt comfortable leaving them and coming back later but they did them immediately! Also, have beautiful items to browse while waiting. My rings turned out awesome and the watches looked brand new. Price was cool too. For just a random “stop in” I was so happy and amazed by the customer service and quality of service/work. I will absolutely be back!

Stop in on a Saturday afternoon to drop off a watch for a new battery and service cleaning. Jeff was great, took a look at the watch and said it didn’t need an extensive service. Just a quick cleaning and battery. We spent 20 minutes looking at the great jewelry displays and were ready to go in 20 minutes. Price was for the service was very reasonable and enjoyed talking with Jeff as we watched him work. Can’t recommend the store enough and will be back for all of our jewelry and clock needs!!!

I searched watch repair to find Lake Country Jewelers. I needed to have a couple pins replaced and the watch clasp reinstalled on my inexpensive automatic. I was referred to owner Jeff who gave me a price on the spot. I was given the option to fix while I waited which I gladly accepted. The watch was repaired in front of me and then Jeff took the watch to clean up. What he actually did was polish the entire piece. He even put on the original brush finish on the outside rows of the bracelet and a fine polish on the inside link. Looked like new upon its return to me! Finally I brought in a lemon Invicta just purchased on Ebay already boxed for return. Jeff took off the back of timepiece looking for a quick fix. Instead he confirmed the watch needed to be returned. So very nice of him to try. Actual cost very fair. Customer service given by employees and owner priceless. Thank you.

Great experience! I received prompt, friendly, generous and expert attention when I brought in my watch. I bought the watch elsewhere and wanted an expert to ensure it was authentic and running well. Jeff took the time to examine and talk with me about my timepiece and its proper care. He even took pictures of the inside of the watch at my request. I learned a lot and was given courtesy, respect and appreciation even though I was a first-time customer with a small job.The shop is beautiful and professional, but also comfortable and relaxed.Though it is more than hour drive for me to get to Lake Country, I will be back whenever my timepieces need attention.

I stopped by last weekend to have several of my watches inspected. Overall, my experience in the store was excellent. Jeff, the watchmaker, checked the seals, looked at the movements, and gave me his opinion on whether the watches needed serviced or not (he, much to my surprise, recommended against servicing at this time). He was kind and obviously very passionate and knowledgeable about watches. I would not hesitate to have Jeff work on any of my watches (vintage included).
