ADC has been an end-to-end turn key resource for many years of my career in Product Development.Recently, Serial 1 has leaned on engineering and shop resources at ADC to support converting ideation sketches to conceptual models, as well as taking component designs requiring several different materials and manufacturing processes through to be production ready. Their broad knowledge of materials and manufacturing process such as casting, forging, hydroforming and injection molding is key to quickly converting ideas into robust finished product designs.ADC has assisted Serial 1 with CAD training, 3D printing and machining prototypes to enable function checks prior to production. They have also performed FEA and optimization routines on various parts to ensure we get the lightest, stiffest, most robust parts feasible to meet our stringent durability requirements.
