Took a Microsoft exam here for certification. The last Microsoft exam I took was about 8 years ago. Exam rules are a lot more restrictive than they were in the past (phone, wallet, keys, etc go into a locker before you enter the exam room.) Staff was friendly and the testing equipment was modern.

Geek squad which was recommended by Apple could not recover my files. Called MC and they were able to receive me the same day. I showed up and waited while they attempted to retrieve the data from a fried drive. To my amazement, they were able to extract all the files. Unbelievable customer service.
