Cleaned and stained/sealed our outdoor wood deck. Very nice job. Plants and windows were protected during the job.

Called to request a quote three weeks ago. Call was answered with voice mail stating to fill out website form for faster service. Did so. Quote was to come via mail, based on what their company voicemail stated. The quote never arrived. Let week go past, called and left a message. No response. Literally trying to give this company what will likely be a few thousand dollars, and they wont engage or even acknowledge.

We are thrilled at the results of the deck cleaning done by Russ and Lora. Our deck looks brand new. Wish we would have done it sooner. We highly recommend them to anyone needing their composite deck cleaned.

Have used them for several years. Im on their annual maintenance program. They do a great snd professionsl job.

Unfortunately I was never able to receive services or even a quote from this company. I requested a free estimate through their website and even provided half a dozen photos as requested. Was told someone would be in the area in the coming days but when I followed up simply inquiring when they may be able to look I received a very rude response.I was interested in the fact they state they operate differently then many deck maintenance companies. From what I can tell the main difference is that they are rude and just have no customer or prospect service. Hopefully they treat their customers better then they treat someone just looking to better understand their business and ask for a simple quote. Ive never experienced a provider act in this manner, especially for a simple ETA to review the site for a quote. I am just glad I experienced this attitude before getting too far down the path with this company. I stained it myself about 2 years ago and it is not holding up well. The vertical areas look good, but the deck planks themselves have flaked badly. Looking for a stripping and re staining and investigating a yearly maintenance plan to keep it looking excellent.

We have used Russ and Laura for years to take of our multi level deck at our house. We signed up for their annual maintenance plan and doing that really helps keep our deck looking great year round.

Owner is rude and condescending. Don’t buy the commercials.
