I don’t recommend this place Front office are so rude and disrespectful! Y’all should respect your elders!!!!!

I’m giving this location 4 stars because of Juanita the tech, she is amazing!! I’m a extremely hard stick and she gets it every time no struggle, she listens to me all the time, unlike some others.. I had another tech try and no matter what I told her she did what she wanted, because she knew better! needless to say, it was a epic fail and she got upset and walked away.. now I go in and ask for Juanita ONLY.... if she would leave, I would never go back..

This is a very busy location in Perris. I make appts for every visit. The staff always calls my name and says with appt so people know. They take first come first served policy for people without appts. I thank all the staff for their professionalism and kindness.

My arm looked terrible the next day, and was still painful to the touch two days after. They told me keep your arm straight and I did, the dark haired phlebotomist with the glasses seemed to be in a rush. She didn’t greet me at all, and I was rudely asked to verify my information. I had warned her I didn’t do well with needles and she didn’t care and just told me oh well everyone hates it. The only positive of this experience is that my results were sent to my physician in less than 24 hours of going. My suggestion would be to hire more bilingual staff that are sociable and care about customer service.

It used to be a quick place. They added these check in kiosk and it just seems to take forever now. They try to make things faster but it makes the service worse.

This place overbooks on the appointments maybe they should not take walkins waiting 2 to 3 hours fasting is not right.Make some changes. Need more staff.

I have to say the staff is amazing, my son is 8 and has autism. I was already worried about taking him to get his blood drawn, just because he is terrified of needles and blood! But Juana was like don’t worry we got this.. she was very kind and patient with him. But as I thought he was going to flip out he sure did. But juana didn’t give up and then came Lottie so between the three of us we got it done. And I loved it because the whole time they were kind and trying to relax him. Things like this i appreciate! Because they could of given up and I would of had to stress about it. But they didn’t food job ladies! I’m very very happy mom! You guys are the best! #happymom #happychild

Disorganized to the point where they add at least 20 minutes to your wait that could easily be avoided with some simple fixes. Reception staff seems very lazy. Additionally they do not honor appointments.

Really bad service they pass people without appointment in front of you . I came with my son here the lady pass three people that came after me to checking without appointment. They dont respect the waiting line😡

Much too slow... sat for a very long time in a tiny crowded waiting room. It seemed like only 1 phlebotomist was drawing. They also charged my credit card instead of my insurance. I would avoid this LabCorp.
