My interaction with Kone has been great. Their prices are competitive, the sales rep was professional and listened to our needs, the service tech is very responsive. Just yesterday I called for service. I work in a building where several elderly people use the elevator and when it is not working, it affects every business in the building. Kone had a service tech out to our building and the problem was fixed within 30 minutes! A great company to work with. The staff at Kone really shines in all areas. Highly recommended!
