Great place to get this type of stuff done. I had to get my fingerprints done for a new job and it was easy fast and the man who works there is super friendly. Everything is covid ready and super clean. They do a lot of computer work and this would really help a lot of people now a days. Well rounded spot overall. Pay them a visit when you need to or have a chance to see what they offer.

I came here to get my fingerprints run for a background check, but conveniently they also work on electrobic repair, which is what I think the company advertises most of all. This location was easy to find, has friendly attentive staff, all you need is your appt # and about 10minutes or less your out the door.

Service excellence!! Its my best description for DataFast. I brought my Toshiba laptop (which I had since 2008-2009) and I wasnt sure what was the best thing for it. It was slow, and I did my best over the years to keep it alive ^_^. Well the staff went above and beyond with it, making sure that I was well informed, what my options were. It was a great feeling. I wasnt expecting miracles, but when I got my computer back, it starting running like new again. Seriously, my dinosaur Toshiba ^_^. I would refer this company to anyone.

Higher prices than other places. dude on phone spoke to me like hed rather do anyone else than help me. ( all i calls for was to swap pc parts to a new case and wanted to know if they could )

Recently I asked this this company if they could replace a battery on my surface pro laptop. Several other stores had refused to even try, indicating that it was not meant to be replaced. Data Fast agreed that it was very difficult to do but said they could try or send it to another company that had more expertise. Mike called and said after opening the surface pro he thought the other company might have a better chance to do the work without cracking the screen.Unfortunately the replacement battery did not work .Even though Data Fast didnt even do the work they refunded the money spent trying to replace the battery and helped me find a replacement computer that met my needs. They didnt even sell the model chosen! Next they did all of the data transfer on the new computer. These are good honest folks delivering exceptional customer service. I am new to Arizona but I now know where I will always go for computer services. Im impressed!

I had a disk crash. Who do you let work on your system? I found the shop for all who need special service. I came in as a walk in and Ed was quick to help and know what I had going on. So, I brought my system in. I was presented with a few options that made sense. I was happy to upgrade to a SS Drive which I have never herd of B4. Check it out!! A drive with no moving parts. There was plenty of space on the new drive and noticeably faster. With the system upgrade, I received free remote help with a problem ( Legacy printer and software compatibility). Amazing fix and knowledge of the problem. They made sure I was up and running. They even shaved money off of the estimate. I wrote this for them because they helped me!!

Excellent service! Patty the manager, and Joseph the technician was kind and made sure I got my laptop back quickly. Which was fantastic with being a student! I highly recommended them.

They did a great job. I had a corrupted micro SD card in my phone that I tried to transfer all my pictures to and I seemed to lose them all, about 400 photos. The last two years have probably been the most eventful of my life. I pretty much got everything back with only a few corrupted photos. It took a little over 24 hours and cost some money, but was sooo worth it!
