Ive been with them since 2012 and theyve always been amazing to me. I love my 24h Roadside service thats been extremely helpful in more than one situation. The staff is beyond friendly , when I got into an accident they were so supportive and asking me mostly if I was okay, and it made me feel so much better knowing that they were truly concerned about my well-being. Gosh, theres been too many memories and SO many more to come with these guys. Thank you, sincerely.

Had me at “Molly” ”Mollie”😁..went in for a quote, walked out with insurance, took more time getting the best rate possible than to make the 1st payment.. they made me feel as if I had been a customer for years..she was upfront and honest..DIRECT more like it..but I loved it..go see LAURE and her associates..(my opinion) sometimes it not about the company it’s the agent you choose..you can hear of the best company but have the ugliest attitude as an agent.. and that reflects on the company..anyways I had a pleasant experience..

I came to this agency several years ago due to a reccomendation from a coworker. I have both my home and car covered through this agency. Immediately I saved several hundred dollars in the first year. They always are trying to make sure if there is any way they can help they will be here for me. They always provide discounts as soon as they become available which is so unbelievable. Every time I call in every employee is so sweet and courteous and full of information. They are able to answer my questions on the spot and with me being a full time working mom of 5 that is so helpful. I highly recommend this agency every chance I get! I have never had this level of service and Im so glad I came to this agency!!

Laure Feld has been superb at providing our family with both Auto and Homeowners insurance for several years. She has always worked hard to make sure we had exactly what we need at the most affordable rates. When we had an auto claim, I was honestly amazed at how quickly, fairly and easily the whole thing was handled. Until switching to Allstate, we have never had an insurance agent that was really there for us, but Laure Feld is it! I would add that those who work in her office are just as helpful, friendly and professional.

Ive been an ALLSTATE customer since graduating from college in 1966. Ive only had 2 ALLSTATE agents in all this time. When Bigge retired Laure took over his book of business. I have had home and auto insurance for all these 52 years with only 1 or 2 minor claims. Im satisfied!

I have been with Allstate with many years. The agents are pro active to ensure I have the coverage I need and am satisfied with their service. Laure is very personable is an excellent agent.

Really expensive and doesnt like to work with you on payments if you have some hardship happen. Also if you dont have the money in your account for your bill they will put it through over and over again and each time it costs you NSF fees and then they charge for each time its returned so you are getting charged twice each time.

Although my local office did not fight to cover my roof damage, someone in the main office heard my plight, and asked for a review of my prior rejection. The man who looked at the pictures of my roof a second time said that I definitely deserved a reimbursement to cover excessive damage! I soon received a compensatory $6,000+. I just finished the process of closing my Allstate Auto Insurance policy. This was for a number of reasons. First that I just spent the last three weeks working out a mistake that they had made on a claim from 6 years ago that had issued a payment to me that was not valid and which I never received a check for in the first place. On speaking with them on 4 occasions and going through three different claim representatives they finally sorted things out that the payment was wrongfully issued and they had made a mistake in the processing. They then proceeded to send me the invalid check anyways. On checking again, they said that it had been sent in error and cancelled. I was a bit frustrated by this but it was only the beginning.I decided to shop around for the same insurance elsewhere after three weeks of frustration to find that my policy which cost me $124 a month would cost me $69 a month elsewhere. I called and spoke with Kip at the Peoria Office of Laura Feld and was informed that he would be willing to look over my account and see if any savings were possible. He first wanted to confirm my information.The first question he asked was it looks like you are single on the policy, is that still the case?. I am coming up on my 6th anniversary on September 16th so I was a bit shocked by this. He informed me that this would lead to significant savings on my policy. He said he would confirm whether they could be competitive with the other quote I received and call me back or close my account and let me know if they could not compete.Today I called back in and after being transferred to voicemail twice I reached Kip again. He said he closed the account as they were not competitive. I then asked about a refund from the current months premium and I asked why my married status was not already updated on the account considering I notified them at that time I was married and again when my wifes 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis was added to the account in 2014. A car which is registered in her name, not mine. A car I specified as my wifes car for my wife being added to my policy. He said they must have made a mistake but they would not be able to offer any compensation as I should have seen it on my policy documents and brought it up sooner. He assured me that if I read my policy documents I would see that this was something he couldnt do anything about. He then said he would speak with a service person about when my refund would process for the current month and proceeded to transfer me to voicemail. I called back and he said he would have the refund sent out today. I once again reiterated that I was very upset about the fact that his company would not take responsibility for their mistake because I didnt catch their mistake quickly enough. Kip hung up on me.For a company to gouge me that badly on price in the first place is unacceptable. For them to twice hold me responsible for their mistakes and expect me to go out of my way to correct their errors only to tell me that they cant be corrected because I didnt catch them overcharging me quickly enough is absurd. Please be cautious even of large established companies as they will mistreat you regardless of loyalty. My family has been using Allstate for several decades and I have been using them for about 8 years without interruption. That obviously meant nothing in my situation.
