I couldn’t be happier with Accurate: The person I dealt with was very helpful and called me back in a timely matter. I wish I could remember their name so I could say thank you. Price is right too so overall very satisfied.

I shopped around for the lowest rates about three years ago, accurate was by far the cheapest and I’ve been with them since. But more importantly when I had a claim recently my car was repaired fast and as new.

Wanted to get my car insurance up graded to full coverage but couldnt even get a price. Also wanted to add renters insurance as a bundle package but was given a business card and told to call a woman in another area code, was frustrated at the least, need a new insurance company were I can take care of my needs indoors, not wait another day or call some other person, they acted as just the middle man. These company is dumpster juice, all Trash!!!

If I Could Give Them 0 Stars I Would. Bait You In With A Good Quote, Up The Premium By 100$, And After 4 Days You Cancel The Policy They Make You Wait 2 Months for a Refund. Meanwhile Send You A Bill Of 90$ for 4 days. Crooks. Thieves. Scams. Save Your Money And Dont Waste Your Time.

When I called Accurate with a problem I was referred to another insurance company where the policy was written, I feel they should have taken care of the problem there

Ive been with this company for a few years (on and off) Never had an accident or filed a claim but they seem to be pretty solid :)

The worst service ever! Dont care about their customers at all! Get into a accident and I filed a claim , I never received a phone call, email or anything to help make the process easy, no rental car, rude representative, without my car going on two weeks and now I have to prove that it is my car!

Everytime i go into pay my bills the staff is alway pleasant and helpful

The online support is pretty awful, but the insurance is incredibly cheap so I cant complain too much!
