Excellent experience working with Pensacola Tree Service LLC. They provided a scheduled date in very busy time of year for tree work. When an earlier date opened up, they confirmed new date and time and were able to come out earlier and finished work professionally and promptly. I called this business on Friday, April 24th wanting to get a quote. David told me he had had about 30 jobs and that he’d have someone call Monday to come out. I said okay. Today is Monday. Someone called around 10 a.m. stating they were in North Cantonment and they are on their way. It’s 7 p.m. No one showed up and no one called. This is unacceptable.
