Wonderful experience! Michael came out and did a great job! He was courteous and patient even though the trees that were coming down were in a difficult spot. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent! I will definitely be calling Heiden Tree Services if I ever need any more trees cut down!

Wow! Michael and Roger (Heiden Services) did a fantastic job trimming 3 water oak trees in our yard! The trees were likely 75 years old. They worked diligently, and overcame several setbacks due to weather conditions. Their precision was spot on. Their skill and knowledge regarding safety for themselves and our property was remarkable. Very polite and respectful, and we would highly recommend their services for any job big or small. They cleaned the debris and left our property better than how they found it. Excellent service. Thank you.

Michael Mayo built an outdoor catio and a cat tree for me. He did an excellent job on both, and he is a top notch professional! Always kind and polite- wonderful customer services skills, and a talent for carpentry and woodwork. He is also very honest and fair in his pricing.

Cant say enough positive about Mike and the service received from Heiden Services! Went over what needed to be done with our trees in detail and was very upfront about pricing. Prompt service, excellent equipment and just an overall great experience for us. He went above and beyond the job he did for us. His care in where the cuttings came down and cleanup were meticulous. Two trees were removed and a stump ground. Very happy that dispite the initial issues the work was completed and now my yard is level. These days it is hard to find a company that truly cares about keeping their word and this one came through with flying colors!!!! Thank you Mike!

I couldnt be more pleased with the work done by Mike Mayo. He is a top notch individual and does top notch work. He and Roger were very careful not to disturb plantings or damage the property in any way. His clean-up was thorough and immediate. His rate was lower than a larger & better known company that also gave me a quote. I cant say enough good things about him. If I need further work in the future, I wont bother to get another quote. Hes the go - to guy for tree work.

Yet another 5 star review!After Hurricane Michael passed within one mile of my house, I had several tree services stop and offer quotes to remove my neighbors uprooted tree from my house (soft landing). Quotes ranged from a low of $1500 (no insurance!) to $7200. Heiden was the lowest insured bid and did a great job despite power lines and other obstacles. They were extremely careful and professional. They did such a great job and did not exploit a bad situation, that I insisted they stay for grilled steak when they were done. Great guys!

Hieden Services is the best tree service that I have ever encountered. Very honest and professional people. They removed a huge tree next to my house with precision.

Utilized both Heiden Tree Services (palm/shrub trimming) and Heiden Services (pressure washing). Mike expertly used his high lift extension bucket truck parked on the street for precision high trimming of landscape shrubs/trees as well as most importantly, removing palm seedlings and branches that were touching our roof. His pressure washing was very thorough and clean on our home, decking, driveway and walkways with all work was performed in a pin point professional manner and the related pricing was indeed very competitive. These guys do fantastic work! I had extensive conversations beforehand with Michael due to my extreme anxiety of a large pine tree occupying my back yard. First, this tree was leaning toward my neighbors house. Second, I felt it could not be dropped in my yard without taking out my fence or roof. Michael was able to ease my concerns with just a photo that I texted to him.Tom and Michael (and Joshua) traveled a long way to take care of me. The weather was not favorable but that did not play a factor in them showing up at the agreed-upon time or completing the necessary task. A detailed on-site analysis was done and a flag was placed at the spot in my yard where the tree landing would occur. Ten minutes later, the tree landed EXACTLY where Michael predicted.The rest of the time was spent cutting the tree up and dragging branches out to the road for chipping. A very friendly and efficient crew did not pack up and leave until I was completely satisfied with the outcome of their provided service(s).Folks, please consider Heiden Tree Services for any tree cutting and/or removal needs. These guys get the job done...and do it right! Heiden Services were called and asked if they offer floor tiling as part of their services. They said Yes, they are skilled and have many years of experience laying floor tiling. We had a bathroom that needed a new floor and so we agreed to using them. Big Mistake! The person who said that he was trained and with many years of experience tiled our floor. He did not use a level as he laid the tiles and so the ENTIRE FLOOR - EACH and EVERY TILE IS UNEVEN!

Did a very good job! Very fair pricing and good clean up. Nice to work with and very professional. Would call again.

Had an awesome experience recently with these guys. We needed our pool deck and stone pavers power washed from our dogs tracking mud and I procastinated thinking I could just brush it myself the day of the party. Needless to say I failed. Found these guys online and they had an opening the same day and came by and did a jam up job. Would highly recommend them! Planning on using them for painting projects coming up soon.
