The Internet access in our shared workspace (Co:Lab) was pretty spotty and slow for quite a while. A couple of IT companies tried to fix the problems, but nothing seemed to get better -- I wrote the problems off as being the fault of old wiring and such. Once Data Revolution moved into our building and started managing the network, though, I couldnt believe how quickly our access improved. Wired and wireless access became much more reliable -- and much faster! It seems that security has improved, too; other people with offices in the building tell me that their computers no longer show devices from other companies in the building. (That wasnt a problem for me, but I can see that it would be worrisome for those it did happen to.)The Data Revolution folks arent just good at tech stuff, either -- customer service is really important to them. Im able to reach someone whenever I have a problem, even on weekends. Theyve always been very courteous, helpful and prompt. I strongly recommend Data Revolution to anyone who needs IT help!
