I have never had such an excellent experience at a nail salon. The nail techs were professional, caring, and very good at their jobs. I got exactly what I wanted and I will be returning!

I had such a good time at this shop!A song started playing which is connected with disturbing memories and they noticed me tearing up. They turned off the music and got me some tissues. So gracious and helpful! I will come here again. :)

I come from a larger City who every time I got stiletto nails they would come out crooked because they would rush and never put out quality I was always disappointed, but not with Peter. He gave me exactly what I wanted and it turned out phenomenal!!!

About 2 weeks ago I went to this nail salon and got a mani/pedi done by a young guy. He did a great job. However, today unfortunately I had a very different experience. I came in to get my acrylic nails off to replace them with gel nail polish. We couldn’t get past shaping my nails to what I asked to be “oval” shaped. I also had a good length until the older women with glasses kept on filling them down because she couldn’t understand what “oval” shape meant. I tried to show her by doing one nail myself and she took that as an offense instead of me trying to communicate with her visually how I would like them. She was rude and unprofessional. She was holding my hand trying to fix my nail and then slightly threw my hand back at me so I could see if they were fixed. I used my “please” and “thank you’s” like my mother taught me and she was an older women. But I was also taught not to put up with this kind of disrespect. So I just told her to charge me for removing the acrylic nails. I wasn’t there to argue with someone that was as aggravated as I was. She offered to do my pedi after I told her this, but I don’t trust someone that has an attitude towards me and can’t do a simple mani. She got up and walked away after I said “ no thank you.” Again very rude. A younger women was nice enough to offer to fix my nails at the cash register, but I wasn’t going to have someone fix my nails in front of the older women to offend her like she offended me. Luckily this isn’t the only place in Pendleton.

The last three times I had my nails done, they did an awful job. Like they are trainees. Too too thick, lumpy, just plain inadequate. I came into the shop to show Peter that the woman who did my nails had filed through my nail to the skin. He offered me $5 off. So to protect my nails I did. Only to go home and spend an hour with my own file fixing there mess. Dont they have to have some sort of certification to do this work? NEVER AGAIN!!! The other folks before them were wonderful, and I miss them.

First time ever to have a pedicure, it was Amazing the staff there are very polite and nice ! Very thorough what they do and while I was getting my pedicure my entire back,shoulders and neck was being massaged by their brand new chairs ,it felt so good and relaxing ! Loved it and Ill be going back thats for sure, my daughter got me this certificate for my Birthday! 🎂👍

Very friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your fingers and toes.

They worked me in fast and ripped out my excess eyebrows quick and painlessly. I had to force her to take a tip.

Im not originally from Pendleton, so when I decided I wanted my nails done up, I asked around to see what everyone recommended & many people said Perfect Nails! I called ahead of time to make sure there was an opening & they got me in right away. The employees were very nice & made conversation with me, even joked around some! The gentleman working on my nails spent time helping me pick the perdect color & shaped my nails just how I wanted them. (I like my nails short!) The polish job was great, although the edges didnt get covered very well. They did their best to copy a photo I had on my phone, which turned out good, but not very detailed. It cost $50 for a new set of acrylics w/ gel polish...a little more expensive compared to what Im used to, but overall it was a good experience.

Im in love!!! have never had my nails done so well... They are nice friendly people who are amazing at what they do. Most nail places Ive been to are rough dont say much and suck but perfect nails are none of the above. Im from Idaho and came here to gamble with my mom for a couple day gettaway an lets just say Im seriously considering coming back every 3 weeks just to have my nails filled...

I had the best experience here at perfect nails! They treated me so well and even gave me a little gift bag with hand lotion in it because it was my birthday! They are so personable and nice! I will definitely be returning!

Could of been a better experience if they would of been more welcoming. Also they tip themselves. 2 pedís at $25 and 2 foot care kit at $3 comes out to $56 but the charged me $66. Dont bother tipping.

Probably the worst pedicure I have ever hadI asked why others got a foot massage...was informed that I did too....how did I not notice it? One cost of base polish and polish...not even a top coat. I call it a half done pedicure! Wont be back ☹️

Since the previous owners left, I will not go here. They wont ask you how long you want your nails, which if you want a stiletto shape, it is necessary they are long. So not only was i unable to even get what I wanted done, my nails are UNBELIEVABLY thick. It looks like i have bubble nails! Disappointed doesnt even begin to explain how I feel for spending 30 dollars at this establishment.

They completely rushed. Didn’t take their time. Lied about what they did and didn’t have. Left jewels uncovered. Consistently cut me and didn’t apologize. The sides of my nails didn’t get painted. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

Hardest working group of people. Seriously the owner did my nails today and Im hapoy every time. Love it there, they remember your nail and what you like. Very nice and accommodating.

I come here all the time my last visit the lady made them to thick also shaped them very wrong I came in today to get that fixed there was no one there waiting and they told me to come back tomorrow they have an appointment I’m going out of town Friday and I work full time I’m a regular they just lost my business for good

My sister and I came in for mani/pedis. The staff was very friendly and engaging. If Im ever back in Pendleton I will definitely go there again.

Using a dremel to remove acrliyc nails is not better for your nails!I used to love coming to this place.its close to where I work, where i live, the prices are affordable etc.I went in to remove my nails because I couldnt afford them anymore, I had four of the employees ask me why Im removing them and they kept trying to convince me to keep them.the gentlemen working on me wasnt overly sure what he was doing so he then used a dremel to remove my nails! I have always had them soaked off then cut and filed. since removing them and the process they chose to do I have now either broken or torn at least 4 nails a day and this was before Christmas!

Terrible place.. I waited 25 min before I got assisted... and even quality of my nails werent that good. My nails fell off after 6 days... un perfect nails
