Poir communication. Decided to join, but then Had questions and could not get ahold of anybody for 4 days I finally got a call back on the 6th day...Not professional. The fact that it took 6 days for someone to get back to me shows that their systems are down andown and they dont have anybody in running the place to make people feel comfortable and actually want to join. Jaime finally got my note i left in a drawer and called me asap today. After leaving 4 voicemails on 2 different phone numbers.Poor quality... Is the paper towels provided to wipe down the equipment shrequipment shred and make a mess and dont clean them and do Justice for what they are intended to do you need towels and more fans because its very humid in there and stuffy..

Great place to work out, equipment is always clean and more time than any available. Looking forward to getting back in after the plandemic is over.

24 hour access to a wide variety of high quality resistance and cardio machines and free weights + day lockers and showers in a clean environment, for a reasonable price with friendly, knowledgeable staff and except at peak times, no waiting for a station. Generally friendly customers, training available. Surprising excellence in a small town.

Had to cancel my membership. Staff at the front desk carries on all day. They are loud and obnoxious and treat the entry way like its party centralPretty simple:If you come to socialize, this is your gym.If you come to concentrate on serious workouts I would look else where as the staff is heard cackling and laughing loudly. Unprofessional and unnecessary.Equipment is in good repair

I was visiting from out of town and was looking for a gym. If I lived in Pendleton this is the gym I would use without hesitation. The staff is friendly and the gym is well-equipped.

The gym itself isnt bad, it is usually pretty empty in the wee hours. The staff are hard to get a hold of if you arent a morning person. I strongly suggest that you ask for and keep copies of everything you do through this club (registration, bill payments, cancellation), because they keep very poor records and will try to get more money out of you later by saying they have no record. Even if its e-mail, I suggest you file them away for many months after.
