I dont really know my first time their to drop off any thing check back with me in a couple of weeks then I can tell you,but as far as friendly service they have that.

Dropped a nice buck off and requested it be caped for a shoulder mount. Said they no longer cape deer. Very disappointed.

Everything we have gotten has been terrific! Great customer service, love the vacuum packing. Fits nicely in my freezer. Highly recommend

The first thing they did was bring me out the wrong deer head. The other thing was they gave me someone elses deer meat. I know this because I brought them a doe that weighted 56 pounds dressed out and got 40 pounds of meat. Then the next week I brought them my buck that weighted 106 pounds dressed out and only got 42 pounds of meat . they gave me the wrong doe. Youre telling me a 106 pound buck only gives you 2 pounds more meat than a 56 pound doe? All he could say was that the doe might have been fatter. If that was the case wouldnt it have weighted more? I also have found a lot of hair in the venison burger. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

Very satisfied with this processor. Ive tried others in the area and Ive been satisfied with them as well. This particular processor did an outstanding job with my ground. The burger was superbly packed and tasted great.

The 2016-2017 season they did awesome. 2018 terrible... I have had so many packs of meat having hair in it I can even count anymore. I recommend many people to them and never will use them or recommend them again!!!!

Good customer service however I have eaten five or 6 pounds of the burger and Ive had lots of hair in every package! I have never had this issue with any other process until this place. I will not be using them again

This is the best deer processors I have every used.

Ive taken several deer here over the years and have never paid over $85 for a deer to be processed. I went to pick up deer meat today and it was $103.99 and this deer had already been gutted unlike all the rest Id taken there before. Their prices are much higher than any of their competitors and I wont be back.
