I just had my first of 4 visits from ARP. Its a busy time of year for them and were all coordinating around a pandemic but they were here within 24 hours of me reaching out to them to perform my initial service. I called a few companies and settled on ARP because Jose was able to explain their services, my options, and what to expect all within our first phone call. Out of the few companies that I called, I enjoyed talking with Jose the most and they offered the best service package for a great value. I signed an annual contract that takes care of all pests and rodents except for ticks and mosquitoes. And their service includes battling the resilient cave crickets that other companies wanted to charge extra for. I felt like a quality service today from 2 guys that were professional, respectful, friendly, and above and beyond helpful. Im expecting this service to be effective and I look forward to working with them over this next year and hopefully longer.

Excellent service. My family bought a home and our inspector missed some issues. We called A.R.P. and Hector came out to help us with mice and insect issues. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Hector inspected the outside first and then came into the house. He showed us all our problem areas and then how to resolve them.
