This company(the owner Mike) destroyed a piece of antique furniture of my mothers that was in perfect condition, broke it in half and refused to repair it or at least mail it at no cost to my mother. I would not recommend them. Very unprofessional.

Owner is rude and mouthy. Service is terrible. Cost is absurd. Look elsewhere- he doesnt appreciate his customers and isnt smart enough to realize that he isnt the only one in town to offer these services!

Never expect same day service here. I needed two papers printed which is at most a five minute job. When I assumed out loud that it would be done today the annoyed lady helping said it wont be done today. She stayed silent about when it would be done while she filled out my paper work. As I was leaving she said we will call you when its ready. So, I left without knowing when I would have my two papers printed. It was ready the next day but I couldnt pick it up because I was at work. For what was supposed to be a quick errand for me on my day off turned into me having to drive a hour round trip to come back. This place should have a self serve area for customers to use so overwhelmed employes or printers dont have to help cutomers with simple jobs. Im highly considering buying my own color printer for home after this. I would have happily gone elsewhere for this service if I had known of another business in Payson that offers printing.

Company. Went in to make some copies and the guy Alex was very rude and he was very mean I will try to find anther place in town to take my services to.the store employes most of them dont want to help you and Alex was the worst

Great service. We have a mailbox here and they are great about letting us know when mail arrives. I cant think of anything that needs improvement. Much better service than the USPS in Pine Az. Postnet actually want to help you get your mail.

Ive had a box here for a few years and was happy and willing to overlook Mr. Conklin. Mr. Conklin returned one of my packages without bothering to look at the name and this little stunt has cost me $200.00 when this part should of saved me $$$. The girls there are great and when I questioned them they assured me they dont send packages back especially if they just had arrived within a few hours. The girls were just as shocked. I had arrived and spoke to him while he was fumbling around with something else and he claimed there was no package for me. I had followed its tracking for a week and even had a conversation as Conklin signed for it.What the hell is that about, its not like he is a new employee that made a mistake. He just does his job terribly. He has horrible customer service manners...when you step up to the desk he never gives you his attention he is always doing something else or mentally in another place, he dismisses you without dismissing you! He should not be in customer service if he doesnt care to be waiting on people. He is what I would consider one of those people who has his head up his own @#*!! Wouldnt of done this review but when I saw he posted a review with many stars then I was mad, angry, disgusted and decided to call him out! Who is accountable???
