Tim was awesome. He provided support over the phone and had several good ideas as to what my computer problem might be. He also worked with me one-on-one and reasoned his way through the problem. He has a very common sense approach and was able to walk me through how everything was working so that I could understand it as well.

I had need of a compact disc reader for my laptop. I called around the big box stores and all that. When I got a hold of A1 they were really nice it called me back they said sure we can put one on order and I told him that I would call back if I found one and I did find. And I went ahead and bought it and I called the guy back and said hey I wanted to let you know that I got this. I could not have gotten a more gracious response. Think I was really cool about it and we talked for a little bit
