I work with a Dealership in Rhode Island and Ive never had a harder time getting a hold of someone or documents I needed to get my customers vehicle registered. They made things complicated and asked for forms that I never had to send to other insurance company. At the end I was able to find my client a better insurance quote with a compamy that picks up the phone! I dont know if they are short staffed because of Covid but I do not recommend this company, god forbid you had an accident and need assistance and you had no body to reach.
