All the girls are amazing especially Krystal. My son loves her because she always removes the excess hair before he has to ask. Hes 7 and says she gives the best hair cuts. Plus, I never have to wait too long.

I told the gal about my hair, and how I wanted something cute and pixie, she made me feel like a million bucks! So happy with their service

Came in with my little girl to get her a haircut because she cut some of her hair herself. The lady that cut her hair did an amazing job! She gave her layers to even it all out and it came out perfectly.

Better than Greatclips with customer service and they use hot towels to clean up your neck and face. I believe it is just a few dollars more expensive than Greatclips, but I have been going to Supercuts since I was a little kid so I do like the feel of the place as it is kind of nostalgic for me.

Did exactly as I asked and even made sure that she was on the same page as I was by asking a few questions to ensure that she understood correctly....

This is the only place I take my family to. The ladies there are awesome and really go out of there way to help.

Went in today feeling awesome ready for a great cut. Signed in online and got there waited my turn. The wait turned to 40 mins since there was only one stylist there, after 30 mins another stylist showed up and started cutting the line down. Once it was my turn I greeted the woman doing my hair and sat in the chair. She asked how short am I going and I replied I have a photo. Now I have short hair, longest part maybe 4 inches so its not a difficult cut or so advanced this person couldnt do it. She agreed with the hairstyle I wanted so I placed my phone with pictures showing so she can look at it multiple times and she started to cut my sides and back with a zero and should have created a v shape from sides to neck. Nope this woman takes a zero to the entire back of my head up to the same length as the sides. I stopped her and asked how for did you go up and she proceeded to explain what she did. I was really upset and calmly explained that she wasnt supposed to go up like she did and showed the picture and she replies oh Im sorry I didnt see that part and I just sat there quietly hoping she can still make it look good. Then she starts asking me how long I want the top and I said I want the picture. I at this point was to mad to let her continue and requested she take off the smock and just charge me for what she did. She apologized and said she wouldnt charge me and I left. I felt like she didnt even look at the picture and was going to give me a basic male haircut and think that was acceptable. Well its not, if you cant do a haircut they way requested then say hey I cant do that. I would have rather gone to 10 haircut places to find one who can do it. Im not going to go back there as it was just wrong what that stylist did.

Came in to get my daughters hair shampooed. There was nobody waiting only one person in the chair getting her hair clipped three employees in back doing nothing. After about 5 mins of waiting we left. I wont be coming back here. Service sucks at this location

Its where we get out hair cut. do have to confess, we do go to Ripon to have Anna cut our hair from time to time - miss her. Glad Crystal is still here
