This was a good spot for events, I had no idea it was there. I visited for a comic event which was really interesting and had some great deals. There was tons of parking in the back, outdoor seating areas, and several buildings for events. I imagine people might use this spot for graduation parties etc.

Great place for the community of Patterson to come together and do lots of different activities, I went there with my family for crab feast, had so much fun, I didnt no raffles, but I got to eat lots of Crabs!!..

Unprofessional the custodian John is very money hungry I will find any reason at all to try to keep your deposit I felt very taken advantage of
