I had a problem with my computer than he fixed it. He is really good and helpful.

This man is one of the best computer technicians that I have ever seen. Not only did he diagnose my issue with my laptop but he actually had the patience to take the time and actually explain and teach me.Now for the purpose of whoever is reading this to fully understand what a special, experienced, educated, intelligent, and understanding individual.... for people like me who are so interested and talk way too much in peoples eyes.....(lol .not to sound self centered or narcissistically lacking a grip on reality...haha ha I can care less for the record how i am viewed knowing i am brighter than the average bear..LOL)I myself am an electrician and I work in the field in pharmaceutical where I have to maintain troubleshoot and run a lot of networking so I meet individuals like the owner of this company quite often. The machines and software that I have to work with are all driven by PLCs and run by computers and Im telling you the engineers that I know would be put to shame by this guy and I wish I can get him to go to work for the pharmaceutical outfits that I take care of . Thats how good he is . Also my father was a technical writer for Google when it first really became what it is. But this individual who owns this company would put my father to shame. I dont know how to say it any other way that this is the most amazing computer technician and nicest person at that who are I have ever met.Now for the most important thing in some peoples eyes is the bills. I called Geek Squad and this place in that place in I was told my computer was gonna be 3 to 500 to fix. I dont wanna say the exact cost but I will say that if you ever go for a dinner for two at outback steak house and order the 2 best dinners they have and have about 6 drinks.... Thats what it cost. I bought a pair of Red Wings boots the course 50% more than what he charged me... way less than 200 put it that way.Right now I am 36 years old and a self made licensed electrician in HV AC technician and now Im opening up a storefront for another entity which is very h*** ** me and I really need my computer that was the tool I was missing. Without meeting this person I wouldnt be where I am today and my future is going to be that much less stressful because he is that helpful.If you ever have a problem with your computer and you choose not to bring it to this guy you are just hurting yourself because he will find a way to fix it and hes the most fair nice just individual I have ever met and I hope I can keep in contact with him just because I would like to learn and one day be as good of a person and a technician as he is.

Asked the man on the phone for a simple sodering on a usb flash drive. He claimed that you cannot recover usb files from a flash drive. I went over to the store to check their operations and it is a house. the people here do not know what they are doing and are very expensive. if you can avoid at all cost they will waste your time and your money it is not worth it trust me. I asked over the phone for simple help and I got attitude worst customer service ever.
