Zack is amazing! I have gone to him with computer issues for the past few years now and he always finds a way to fix things and at a reasonable price. Advantage Computer Solutions is absolutely great. They show up, do what they say they are going to, complete the job without issues (my other computer companies had to keep coming back to fix things they forgot to do....) and are fairly priced. I hired Advantage Computers to install an access point and improve the wifi signal at my home office. Zack took the time to understand my problem, communicate via email and phone, come up with a proposed solution, and schedule the work. He showed up on time and was very fair on price. The quality of the work is solid. I would hire him for all of my IT needs that I cannot resolve on my own.

Advantage Computer Solutions is my go-to place if I have any computer issues. Each and every person that I have worked with there is courteous, respectful and knowledgable. When liquid spilled on my Mac keyboard, the Apple store wanted close to $800 to replace whatever...Advantage cleaned the keyboard/inside for $50 and it has been working great for years! They are honest, do great work and if they cannot do something (fix my iphone broken screen), they immediately tell you and recommend a great place to do it and even call to let them know you are coming! Well managed, well priced and fair.

I took my mac book pro to this location to get hard drive repaired. They replaced the hard-drive and everything was okay until a month passed and I noticed that they STOLE parts from my laptop and my volume wasnt as loud as it used to be and my wi-fi is always disconnecting. I shouldve took apples advice in not taking mac books to any location other than apple itself! People are thieves and this is horrible business. This place deserves to get a lawsuit! Unfortunately for me I cant do anything about it because I noticed too late. I dont always use the laptop but my husband does and he couldnt figure out what was going on with the laptop because he doesnt know how to work it and by the time he told me it was like a month into it. I thought it was the settings but it was not ! Id go back but going back this late will only make them create an argument about it being too late and that it was probably my fault by now. SMH
