They dont deliver on time. I had a order that previously said that would arrive Wednesday and they changed the date to today Friday.. I called and they said it was not arriving on time..I asked if I could pick up on the terminal of portland since it was at that location, and they said it was not possible!Not a professional shipping company!

Refuse to deliver refrigerator for my parents in eastern oregon. Horrible customer service.

They held onto my pkg for approx 1 week at their location rather than delivering it or allowing a customer pickup, because they were too busy to help me.... they finally allowed me to come get my pkg a week and a half late, because I was tired if waiting for them to get around to delivering it. All to discover it was (heavily damaged)!!!! Very dissapointed with their customer service and package handling skills. Will do anything to avoid their services in the future.

Use anyone else you can. I wish this entire company would disappear. And this office is run by a pathetic excuse for a human being.
