Tried to get a design for a retaining wall for a customer. Ben said hell get back at me with a proposal within a few days. Its been almost 4 weeks and havent heard from him since then. Ive called a few times and never answered, left a couple messages and still havent gotten a call back. Lost a good job and a customer thanks to them

I havent hired this company yet because they keep providing services for free without the need to be hired. To me, that shows the integrity of this company. I have worked with Pete two times now, and from what I can tell, this company cares about doing the right thing, even if that means they dont make money off of you.

We had a lot, in an undeveloped area, that needed to be surveyed to find property lines and elevations for flood certification. Whiteshield employees were wonderful. Our surveyor showed up exactly when he said he would be there and got right to work with his cool high-tech equipment. After the surveying, we applied for a map amendment to see if we could have our lot removed from the flood zone. The owner was very helpful! He quickly and completely filed all of the paperwork for us. We even got our map amendment quicker than we anticipated. We highly recommend this professional company.

White shield is owned by a used car salesman. Constantly overcharges clients by adding in unnecessary project management fees.

Been waiting weeks to get our project done. Every time I talk to Chris there I get the same answer. Ill get it to you tomorrow . Not sure which tomorrow he is talking about anymore! Very frustrating to work with!
