I have extensive experience with Bruce staffing. I started my career here many years ago. They expect Professionalism in every job they place. In today’s job market there are a lot of jobs available but what about “The” job? Bruce staffing and their Placement Professionals know that to be competitive they have to send out the Best of the Best. So if that’s you, call this Staffing Service. If you make the cut, be vigilant and if they have a position available for you they will place you. You will not be placed in the best position they have “out of the gate”. Especially if you don’t have experience. You have to build trust. But if you have the drive and the demeanor, then this is the place to build experience as well. As I read the other reviews, I don’t think that the other applicants understand, that Bruce Staffing is sending them out to their Clientele. Their reviews are good reason as to why they were not hired.

Applied for clerical, informed of a Bank teller position. With 5 years exp in customer service, 2 weeks later I was at a warehouse from 6am to 6pm. Rough and hazardous conditions, only way the pay pays off is taking no days off for years. Weekly checks were okay but very mishandled and unorganized. Overall the company came off judgemental, I was addressed by my sexual orientation and also by my race, was let go due to addressing the criticism. Unprofessional representatives of TX workforce.

Was late to an interview and understood how that is a bad impression, but I was never told that mistake would forever ban from attempting to try there still? I had filled an application two weeks later and was told Id receive a call for an interview from their receptionist. I call a week later and was finally told that being late deemed me as unhireable at their office? This shouldve been told to me way before instead of me wasting my time with their agency

Great place to find a work they really care about finding you a job

This place is very unprofessional, they tell you they will call you back and they dont and when you call and check in they say you missed your appointment or interview they are very stuck up from the people who find you jobs for you to the front desk girls they act like its a hassle to do their job and to assist you the only reason I gave it one stars is because I couldnt give it a zero its a terrible place to work for.

Never contacted me via email or phone. Never met in person.

Went to a interview said they was going to verify previous employment and background check, called and kept being told they are still waiting to verify my previous employment and getting the run around, a month later and still havent heard from them

They Found my husband a job the next day!

I didnt pass the phone questionnaire because I have a Degree. They want people who they can pay low wages to. Did not give me appointment. Never even saw me in person.
