Love this place! My daughter and I took my grandmother for mani/pedis.. They were wonderful and very gentle with her. I highly recommend their full spa pedicure with the works. And its only $35!!! We will DEFINITELY be going monthly!

I had been to a different nail place a day before, and they completely messed up my nails. This place did a fantastic job, and the guy that did my nails was super gentle. No Nicks or cuts at all. Would highly recommend.

Great place, just got my first deluxe pedicure. Totally worth it.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years. I asked for a regular hot wax pedicure as always. I didn’t get hot wax, nor did I receive a full service pedicure. The pedicure lasted 15/20 minutes and half of the things that need to be done during a pedicure, where not done. She used a dirty old nail file. There was no point in saying anything to ruin other people’s day who where there to relax and not hear anyone make a scene.There are about ten other Nail salons on Fairmont in competition. I am sad to say, today they completely lost my business for not caring.

FANTASTIC!! Kind, Talented, willing to try new ideas relaxing and enjoyable. I LOVE OPAL NAILS! They have styles I never knew existed. At least try them out... you will Not be disappointed.

If I could give this place a negative I would! I just wanted a manicure with clear nail polish and my shellac taken off. These people acted like I was bothering them! There was only one person in the salon! This place isnt even fancy therefore they need the business! The lady who was doing my nails didnt even want to do them. People down south are LAZY! EVERYWHERE! Furthermore nobody does the job they get paid for!

I love Opal Nails. Lili is the best! Its a family run nail salon. They take their time with you and make sure you love your nails. I enjoy my twice a month visit to Lili.

When I started going here a year ago they did a great job HOWEVER thenlast couple of months my acrylics have been chipping easily and the paint chip off only after an hour of having my nails done. They look great for about an hour and then I just want to hide my hands. Im not going back for this reason.They are very nice but the quality just isnt there anymore

I never leave reviews however I thought this was important. My sister and I came here to get mani-pedis and the techs were very kind however when I got home that night my toe was hurting very badly and my sister had a red, inflamed bump appearing on her finger. The next day my toe was infected as was my sisters finger. I’m not sure what caused it but I definitely know we walked in fine and left with 2 infections so I would be careful with this place.

I’ll post pictures of my nails, they look horrible. Just got them done yesterday. I honestly wanted to leave as soon as I was introduced to my nail tech. She seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. Towards the end she started talking and being friendly but not at the beginning. My nails look horrible.
