Aubrey Thurman is Amazing.Energetic ...the best trainer!
Love working out at Stride. On those days where I just dont feel like running because Im just lazy or the weather is nasty outside I can always count on Stride for a good workout. Once you Stride you cant run on your traditional treadmill at your ordinary gym. I love how everyone is working towards their personal goals. Lots of great classes and time options. Come and join this Stride Tribe!
Went here last week and was blown away by how much fun I had working out. Cool looking treadmill studio with awesome treadmills that dont hurt your knees. Uplifting trainer with great music selection. It was a really unique workout and I left feeling fit and happy.I will definitely be back again.
I am committed! Awesome workout, fun and effective. My running is improving week by week! I did have a little body issue today and did not feel I could run so I walked the incline; I still had an awesome workout. I think this is a great workout for some of our injured runners and those others that want to get a great session without running...check it out! You will not be disappointed, I promise ;)
I never write reviews (just read them obsessively) but I realized today that I’ve been coming to Stride for more than 2 years now (from Silver Lake, because that’s how much I like this place) and this review is well overdue. As a Classpass member I’ve visited so many different studios and gyms in the LA area and elsewhere, and it’s really hard to find a place like Stride. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are great (though admittedly I’ve only used the bathroom, haven’t showered there) and most importantly, the coaches are amazing. They have new playlists and workouts for every class, they’re ALWAYS friendly and encouraging (but not in an annoying way). I’ve been to other studios where the instructors tell you to do things that seem borderline dangerous (like sprinting on a high incline)—not at Stride. The workouts are put together by people who (1) know about running and (2) are runners themselves. That said, you don’t need to be a runner to take a class here. The best part about Stride is that it’s an open and welcoming place for everyone. You can have an incredibly challenging, am-I-gonna-barf workout or you can take it easy—there is no judgment and, unlike many of the gyms I’ve been to, there are people of all ages, athletic abilities, shapes and sizes at Stride. Literally the only thing I didn’t like about Stride was that they used to tell you to high-five your neighbor which I found awkward and slightly gross, but they don’t even do that anymore!! They just encourage you to clap for everyone after a hard set, which is actually really nice. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I hope they remain on Classpass but if they don’t I would figure out a way to keep going there every week, because it’s that good.
I HATE THE GYM! This place is the BEST WORKOUT I HAVE EVER HAD!The classes, the staff, the instructors are so nice. They are very motivating. I took the power burn class with two different instructors. They were super motivating but calming at the same time. This place is super legit! I am going to join here. I have never had a membership anywhere. I drove from Hollywood and I would each and every time. You will get a great workout and meet some great people as well. The facility is very clean. They have showers is you need them. They also have cubbies or lockers for your personal belongings. Looking to get some constructional, motivational discipline workout? Check out STRIDE!
